Great question. To be honest I could probably make a whole video on it. But in the Shoot2 settings which are the settings that should be in red and then the second column should have a highlight tone priority setting. If you enable it to D+ or D+2 is what I talked about where it helps your ISO stay focused on the lights so that they aren't overexposed. The D+ is 100 and then D+2 is 200 which just helps adjust more for the overexposed spots. Hope that helps.
