Money that is put into arresting teens for smoking weed should go into this instead.

      Notice the passer-by enticed by the boy, having a protective body language with his arms folded. The boy imitated him. The adult took the initiative to walk toward the end of the pier, full of cameras and site of a manned booth. The parasailers did the right thing but at a risk for their reputation. Then after police was involved, the investigation, although abundantly rich with witnessing, with video and the quality of the passer-by explanation (a top lawyer himself) led to NOTHING illegal. The result is that the parasailers still could lose their business for what they did getting involved BEYOND the purported protection of a kid. A lie (typical lawyer stuff) about being father or not is not punished by any imaginable law.

Even if you havent committed a crime yet, if you are caught trying to kidnap a child, caught using CP etc it should be an instant death sentence. This is the only way to deter these creeps and if it doesn't deter them them then they deserve what is coming. No child should have to have their lives ruined by a groomer. I have custody of my nephew and when he first came to me at the age of 12 there were a lot of issues where he would run off. Usually it was unexpected and I just had to wait until he came back out for brought back but one day I caught up to him and I grabbed him by the arm and try to get him in the car and he started yelling to this random guy that he didn't know me. I wasn't letting go of my kid because he would have taken off again but I s stood right there and I told him I encourage you to call the police because I know I would in the same situation. All three of us stood there until police came and sorted it out. Until that moment , that guy was certain that I was a kidnapper LOL. I thanked him for his concern. Cops told me my kid needed a good ass whooping. I agreed and that's exactly what I did when I got home. Yeah yeah I know. Spanking doesn't work, which is strange because that was the last time he ever did that. He's 15 now and so spoiled I would literally have to throw him out the door to get rid of him LMAO

    • @remylagouler1508
      @remylagouler1508 ปีที่แล้ว

      Good story. This spanking was profitable. Kids have better and closer relationships with all internet connections than adults and therefore are aware of the pervasive American paranoïa about kidnapping. They take advantage of it. In case you had managed to drag him into your car, then departed, a full fledged investigation would have been launched and would have mobilised a police team, maybe for weeks. Once located, your relationship with your nephew would have been scrutinized and he might have finished sent to the social services and you to jail. In fact figures show that there are no more kidnappings per US inhabitants today than there were 60 years ago. By then, a story like "CDA parasail staff save a child" would have made everyone laugh laud and shrug shoulders. But then no internet ....

      Ended up taking down a huge child abuse porn server in South Korea. Overr 300 people convicted world wide, over 30 children recognized, and the cases are continuing. The IRS gives local police the info, but sometimes locals don't know how to use it; involves bitcoin npayments and reading blockhains. So the IRS sometimes has to assist, slowing the process; but the important thing is people are still being arrested / children rescued.

      They try to make it natural. Hard to grab a kid from their home at night. Easier to try to convince them to go with you and casually stroll away with the victim. Those sick types are cowards, they never do brazen acts that draw attention. That's why it's important to teach your kids to report bad adults and to be aware of dangerous situations. You can run 15 seconds to piss, tell your kid to wait outside, and it's open season if a predator is nearby. If the kid doesn't go and screams for help 9 times out of 10 the freak runs away.

    • @t-and-p
      @t-and-p 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      @@thegrim418 I agree. The bit that concerns me is that he did it with so many people around. That's confidence, and that comes from experience. A lot of the cases you read about were in relatively busy places, but the abduction happened in a lull - just after people left, for example, to limit witnesses - in the exact manner you describe.
      I completely agree that teaching kids how to react is everything. It certainly saved the boy in the video. We teach all the kids in our family not just to make noise or scream, but to fight, run, and verbalise that something isn't right. It's really easy for people to think a child is just having a tantrum if they just scream as they're dragged away. We also teach them that it's open season - kick, bite, punch, scratch, etc, do what they need to do to loosen a grip and the run to the nearest place with people. We always try to be with them, but the reality is that won't always work, so we have to prepare them. It's awful, but it's a sad reality.

You are so deeply, irreparably biased, that you do not even see that there is NO pedophile in this story. Then you lament about judiciary leniency while you do not dare analyzing real pedophile cases in USA where the punishment is extremely severe, comparatively far harsher than in any other foreign law system. I think that the next step for a significant social improvement in USA is to exercise much tougher laws against anti-pedo terrorists like YOU, exactly comparable to what is done for real pedophiles: life sentences for example. Since most anti-pedophile activists are somehow sex addicts themselves and often sex delinquents, this will kill 2 birds with one stone.

      Yeah, he never should have been let out. Here's one state's statute about when someone is not eligible for bail/bond.
      A. A person who is in custody shall not be admitted to bail if the proof is evident or the presumption great that the person is guilty of the offense charged and the offense charged is one of the following:
      1. A capital offense.
      2. Sexual assault.
      3. Sexual conduct with a minor under either of the following circumstances:
      (a) At the time of the offense, the person was at least eighteen years of age and the victim was under thirteen years of age.
      (b) At the time of the offense, the victim was thirteen or fourteen years of age and the person was at least ten years older than the victim.
      4. Molestation of a child under either of the following circumstances:
      (a) At the time of the offense, the person was at least eighteen years of age and the victim was under thirteen years of age.
      (b) At the time of the offense, the victim was thirteen or fourteen years of age and the person was at least ten years older than the victim.

      Ya if a stranger to the child is lying to the child to get them to go somewhere and was successfully getting them to go somewhere that sounds like kidnapping to me? How cartoonish does it have to be to be a kidnapping charge? Because he didn’t bag the kid’s head and throw them over his shoulder it’s not kidnapping? Wtf?

      I guess you can attempt to kidnap a child and get out on bond. Doesn’t make much sense to me but okay that’s america for ya
