There's no real proof that he intended to kidnap the child. MasterKookien Actually there was a crime committed - luring. He lured the child into going with him which is completely illegal. Most children are very intimidated by strangers talking to them when their parents aren't around because their parents have taught them to be scared of strangers which is good. I remember when I was in 2nd grade, 8 years old and we went on a field trip. My class was having our lunch and I had to throw something in the garbage so I went a few feet away from our table to the garbage cans which were out of sight of my chaperon. This guy was there with some kids and asked me if I wanted to dance. I know that might sound weird and funny to some but it was terrifying for me. I said "No!" and ran back to my table. I never said a word to my chaperon throughout the rest of the trip nor did that guy follow me around. I'm 15 now and looking back on it kinda scares me. I often wondered if those kids were his own or did he kidnap them...
+DragonflyAnaGuy I think teaching fear is a bad starting point. However, it's ok to be wary of a middle-aged man asking an 8 year old girl or boy to dance. It's hard to construct a scenario in which this is not odd and disturbing, unless that adult is the father of the kid. Part of the problem with teaching fear, and that very much is what it is, is that kids tend to invent features of the prospective monsters that are caricatures of actual abductors/paedophiles. In this way the apparent very normalness of these people can render children blind to very real dangers. More than this it exaggerates the magnitude of the problem.

Kudos to these boys! This had me in tears
HEROS !!! Awesome job guys.....it doesn't get any better then this !!! So great to hear there are teenagers that care about others and willing to help someone they don't know! This boy will look up to you guys forever and his parents will always be grateful. Wish we had more young men like these !
You guys did a rare thing. High school football players are more known for being selfish and just for their group as well as bullies. You guys gave new respect for your team. God Bless.
You are amazing young men! Thank you so mich! You’re absolute heroes!
1:18 is where it's at. Anytime you can apply a lesson in real life from a movie for the better, absolutely.
This was so sweet that the football team came to help the boy. I can't stand anyone that has to bully or abuse anyone.
Smart kid to run for help. These boys are a credit to their families, they handled the situation exactly right.
"and pictures,of the stranger's van"
I DIED!!
“Just doing a community service-that-everyone should do-every day”
God bless those boys 💖
the guys will remember what it feels like to protect someone for the rest of their lives.
they worked as a team, getting photos, running protection, all coordinated into success.
“We chased him out of there”
*Proceeds to show a man running by and waving at the camera*
See movies can save a kids life😂
I already thought this was bad but then I was like aww man! He had the van too!
Where I am from it doesn't happen often but it is always a white van I don't know why
Heroic. These young men saved that young boy from who knows what...
I was kinda hoping to see a video of the offensive lineman charging the _"free candy man"._
How could this dude NOT be charged!? Luring a minor, attempted kidnapping?
The whole football team will look back at this and say look how much of a hero we were as a team
cool, i wish more people could be like those boys :-D
‘So you see it happen in a movie so you take that experience from the movie and use it in real life’. Lmao some golden quotes
Only a jackass would find something critical to say about this video.
There should be some kind of ",luring" or " intent" to kidnap law! What else is a middle aged man or anyone else ( unless related to) going to do with a child that you don't know? Ridiculous!
Thank you for being men! May God bless y’all!
damn dude looks like big blue off of Froggy Fresh's Dunked on @ 1:20
bignate523 Bruh I was thinking the same thing 😂😂
Dude it is him I think because froggy lives in Michigan and this station is in Detroit
I was wondering why he was fimiler
Ik!
It is Big Blue
Why did people dislike this video that’s just wrong
@Daniel Hapner I’m in shock because a group of kids (jocks... of all people) weren’t actually being bullies and trying to help a kid smaller than them 😳 i think I’m gonna faint
I never trust vans
Troublegirl 1012 I nezcdsef ttsyt divks
Yeah
That’s rude. Not all bad people drive vans. There r a million good people out there who drive vans
Yah I bet human traffickers also use other vehicles to throw off suspicion.
👏👏👏 great work and quick thinking these younge men are amazing!! Everyone of them should be proud of themselves their ALL HEROS!!
Just plain awesome guys....fantastic.
The kids are better than american police nowadays
dont say stupid shit like that. A fat and out of shape police officer is more of a hero than you'll ever be
Seamus Belisle yh I know right I wish I had a gun so I could scare black people and follow a pyramid scheme of law that's unfair while we're brainwashed to think western culture is free society but maybe I can just wear a badge after a couple of weeks of training looool
AH FLY What ever you believe kid
AH FLY true
2:19 there faces bro XD I'm dyeing omg
this makes me really happy 😊😢
God bless these young heroes... Prayers for every one of them...
The team acted amazing. You all save a child life.

Thank God you guys were there! Thank you to the whole team for their efforts!!
Wow! Great job gentlemen! Great, great job! These guys are true HEROS!
"You take that experience from the movie and use it in real life."
Imagine he said that after stabbing the kidnapper with a pencil.
2:04 they where in front of a Mc Donalds XD
Why did this show up in my recommendations
