    2.Recognize that illness and pain may result from inadequate repair during sleep.
    3.Acknowledge vitamin D as a hormone that is linked to the brainstem control of sleep.
    4.Be able to summarize how D deficiency leads to B deficiency.
    5.Understand how to return the microbiome to normal using vitamin D and high dose B’s for three months and why this is so effective.

    Dr. Gominak should collaborate with Dr. Davis -" Super Gut" who is helping us understand role of L.Leuteri and other microbiota in sleep. Their findings are very complimentary.

    I first saw her on with Doctor Mercola, and at that time I started on the protocol , it's been one month and already the horrid dyarea has subsided. I love the sleep. I'm feeling it, and thank you🌹🌹🌹🌹

    Dr. Gominak,
    You mentioned increases in Bell’s Palsy, Autoimmune and heart issues in younger people. Have you considered that the the COVID Vaccine is also contributing to these health challenges?

    I wonder how this all changes when one is dealing with chronic infections like tick diseases?
    I’ve been in treatment since 2015.. I did a couple years of herbals which did not work and I nearly died multiple times.
    April 2018 I started on multiple antibiotics and improved but the antibiotics have to be changed up every several months bcs symptoms come back.
    I just retested with igenex spring 2023 and I’m still positive for borellia, babesia & Bartonella..
    It has been incredibly challenging to know what to do to treat the infections as well as to identify and correct nutritional deficiencies that may be contributing, causing, or being caused by the pathogens or the treatment.
    I also had to realize all the symptoms being caused by all the plants I was eating. Now I just eat meat, raw butter, raw eggs, and full fat coconut milk and have improved considerably, but not fully healed yet.
    I’m sure that with daily antibiotics I just can’t get my gut flora back online appropriately.
    I really wish I could discover this info or work with a dr who knows about all these topics and issues!
