I wonder how this all changes when one is dealing with chronic infections like tick diseases? I’ve been in treatment since 2015.. I did a couple years of herbals which did not work and I nearly died multiple times. April 2018 I started on multiple antibiotics and improved but the antibiotics have to be changed up every several months bcs symptoms come back. I just retested with igenex spring 2023 and I’m still positive for borellia, babesia & Bartonella.. It has been incredibly challenging to know what to do to treat the infections as well as to identify and correct nutritional deficiencies that may be contributing, causing, or being caused by the pathogens or the treatment. I also had to realize all the symptoms being caused by all the plants I was eating. Now I just eat meat, raw butter, raw eggs, and full fat coconut milk and have improved considerably, but not fully healed yet. I’m sure that with daily antibiotics I just can’t get my gut flora back online appropriately. I really wish I could discover this info or work with a dr who knows about all these topics and issues!

Hello Dr Bahar, I attended the AACP congess in Fort Worth Texas in 2007, The Presenters showed lots of patient cases just like yours. Aftre TMJ orthotics, the eyes opened, the lower eyelids stopped being drooped out, they talked about the neck., they talked about the correlation between the occlusal plane and the alignment of C2, they talked about occlusal Cant produced by a one sided molar crossbite. I took this away, and have since fixed my own head tilt and scoliosis. I now stand 1.5cm taller, I dont have chronic back pain. When I was 42 y old I was a Dentist cripple, scoliosis, kyphosis, head tilt, poor sleep, chronic pain. I loved your video/podcast. You are much more eloquent than me. I have been providing this same modality of Dentistry ever since 2013, when I finally had my Atlas -occiptal joint aligned in Dussledorf. My head had never been on straight since an accident when I was 11 y old. After my one time therapy in Dussledorf, I went back to the hotel and took a picture of my head on straight and my shoulders level for the first time since I was 11. I was 51 at the time. Please email me. I am a Dentist in Australia. My passion is to help all the people who fall between the Medical profession, the Dental professional, and the Allied Health Physio/Chiro/Osteo professions. I was astounded by your podcast, because you are one of the very few Dental Professionals talking about this " whole body " scenario. I would love to start a conversation, because I have information about how to fundamentally align the CO/C1 Atlas-occipital joint. Dr David Stephenson Australia. my email is david@smiledaily.com.au

One other comment for Dr. Cooper relative to his sense of "immense unmet need and lack of patient access to high quality care," is that the device he is promoting and associated with, the Sphenocath, is the epitome of lack of access, considering that migraine patients often are looking for an SPG block to break a migraine cycle and can't schedule their headaches a couple of months out for when a physician may have an opening. The devices are not making appearances in Urgent Care settings that I can find. Patients cannot obtain the devices, even with a prescription, often forcing them to find more immediate help using more readily available methods like cotton swab-based SPG blocks, or devices like the simple angiocath setup found in several migraine-related clinic videos on TH-cam, where migraine centers train their patients to block themselves when headache strikes. That approach is much more in line with the behavior of migraine and the unmet needs of migraine patients. I've been treated by Sphenocath, and it is a slick device which I liked immensely, but when you can't get a block in a timely fashion, slickness doesn't count for much. Training patients to treat themselves on demand then providing devices through prescription has lots of precedent using much more dangerous devices such as insulin syringes, urinary catheters, and CGRP self-injectors. A fancy elongated rubber-tipped needle dripping a small amount of lidocaine doesn't even begin to make the "danger" list. The real need for protection apparently goes to driving repeat revenue into the practices of those administering the blocks. Thankfully, migraine clinics supporting angiocath-based solutions are placing their patients' needs at a higher priority.
