Something to Consider. Unlike Cleburne. Large chunks of Crowley, Texas have subdivisions that come out on poorly maintained county roads (with basically little to no street lighting) or a very busy major highway. To traverse one section of crowley to another will also require using county roads that are either poorly maintained or just ok but very bumpy. The late 90's and early 2000's saw better planning and higher standards. Now everything is basically just will-nilly out in the newer development areas of town. Bottom line is you cant have major sub divisions letting out on tiny dark roads. Its a recipe for disaster that will take years to fix. Please consider this before securing a home in the crowley area.
I am a second generation Crowley resident my mom was raised here in 1970s-1990s. We officially moved here in late 2009 and been here ever since. However Im very disappointed in this city, y'all came in destroyed wild life, crime is now and all time high here, people cars are getting broken into. The school system sucks, y'all complain about the coyotes running into the new suburbs yet y'all destroyed there habitat. You developers raised our taxes so now rent is way to high and you can't even get a house for 100,000$ anymore. I used to love this town but now its a complete shit show.
