Hey there! Welcome to the area. I can't give specific advise as each situation is different...but with contracts I receive on my listings, I usually see 1% of sales price for earnest. For option...I see $100-$250 for 5-7 days. Again, it's a case by case situation (price point, competition, motivation, etc all factor in)

Diversity is awesome and Amish County Texas could benefit from homoerotic stortime and Muslims as well and we have enough electricity to bast the Call-to-prayer into the next County. So why not be like Martha's Vinyard and have diversity.

We even have an airport strip :) Also they drop my kid off at my front door and it's adorable. We have the best school it's STEAM-based. Cons is it is remote where I live.

Yes it was and I so loved having the lake by my Azle TX house because I am a water dog "waterbaby: because I so love water and swimming in water. I miss the good restaurant in fort Worth TX and Dallas TX and my friends in Azle TX and fort Worth TX and Dallas TX. But I do not miss the traffic on 199.

I love MO because of all the lakes and Branson MO and other places in MO. And I was bron in Houston TX but grow up in San Diego CA where I had most of my childhood memories and went to school out there and then one week befor Thanksgiving 1999 I moved to Virginia Beach Virginia for 9 years before moving to Azle TX for 9 years then moved to MO where I have been for 13 years now.
