  • Welcome to Nuffield Health’s kettlebell row master class. We’re going to show you 2 different kettlebell rows: double kettlebell row (intermediate) and single arm kettlebell row (beginner). Each type of kettlebell row targets the upper back and biceps. The single arm kettlebell will target the abs more as you use your core to stabilise your body.

    Is there such a thing as your legs not wide and the kettlebells not in between your legs but in front? Kind of like a reverse fly with a kettlebell, but instead doing rows in an explosive, alternating way?
