I dont mean to be so off topic but does someone know a method to log back into an instagram account..? I was dumb lost the login password. I appreciate any help you can give me!
@Travis Xzavier thanks for your reply. I got to the site thru google and im trying it out now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I'm feeling the 1 arm row in my traps way more than I should. In fact, after doing it, my traps were tight and my neck was a little stiff. I was using a 16 kg bell, which is a small fraction of what I barbell row, but the motion feels really different. Should I go lighter? I didn't feel like I was 'muscling' the motion, so maybe my technique just sucks?
Your neck/traps could definitely be tight so a light warmup is always good. I had the same problem for years in my traps but not lats. You need to keep the shoulders down and find a row motion that works for your body. Seriously. Forget how someone else does it-just find a way to row without pain. Eventually the trap involvement goes away.
I especially appreciate the single leg kb row. Thanks for sharing!
Perfect moviment. Best video about Row Kettlebell. Thanks and Congrats! Best regards from Brazil.
Obrigada!
@@HardstyleKettlebellPro Great portuguese, but: Obrigado used by man and Obrigada used by woman. Thanks a lot for all videos, sir!
Excellent video! Thanks!
Thanks dude, couldn't get it right but I think I have it now.
Great video! I've been doing Rows the wrong way this entire time. Thanks
Can you post some videos of rows done the right way so we can all see how it's done?
Good stuff!
Ouf. Merci

its probably cuz kettlebettle handles are thicker,
Starting from the floor doesn't prevent inertia - it OVERCOMES inertia. It prevents momentum.
Louka so if I do 1000 push-ups I need to do 1000 row after?
In one month YES, Row or Pull exercise. In one session NO! lol
If you are very strong 😂

You're usually supposed to talk when teaching people.
