Try Chicken & Potato This Way! 😍 With Creamy Beet Root Salad Complete Menu

- I am making chicken stuffed potato with complete dinner idea. We will first make a beautiful sautéed chicken with peppers and mushrooms and fill the baked potatoes with it. The top it with cheese and bake with a tomato sauce. Meanwhile prepare a beautiful simple creamy beetroot salad with yogurt dressing and Turkish rice pilav with orzo pasta. So easy and delicious.

Ingredients for Chicken Stuffed Potato:
3 big size potatoes
1 chicken breast
1 onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
5-6 tbsp olive oil
half each green, red and orange colored peppers (orange is optional:) I dices all of them and freezed half of it to use another time.
about 200gr. mushrooms if using
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp each or to taste salt, black pepper, pul biber (chili flakes) and oregano
1 tomato, peeled and grated or tomato pure or 1 tsp tomato paste
about 1 cup more or less shredded mozarella, kashar or similar cheese
For the sauce:
2 tbsp butter or mix of butter and olive oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1-2 cloves of garlic (optional)
1+1/2 to 2 cups of water
salt to taste

Ingredients For Beet Root Salad With Yogurt:
5-6 medium size beet roots
5-6 pickled cucumber
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts (optional)
about 1 cup preferably thick full fat yogurt
salt to taste
chopped dill to garnish on top (you can also add some to the salad if you prefer)
