@@jimcunningham61 yer, these condos are definitely for those who have cash to splash. But this complex was impressive Jim, classy inside too unlike some others in Pattaya which I found tacky and cheaply constructed
I like the building and it location The room is nice and has everything you need as a single guy. Beautiful view too. Not something for cheap charlies, i guess. Thank you for all your efforts that you put in making content. Much appreciated.
Im staying there now. I'm about to start my second month. I love it. It's quiet and right next to malls and grocery stores. I have the same view as you do. The cafe next door has great coffee.
The studio certainly doesn't have 35 sqm, the agent got something mixed up, estimated it's 28 sqm. You pay additionally for the initial purchase. Unfortunately far from entertainment districts and beaches.
Just a few hings to help your reviews, 1. Bed test ie hard, medium, soft? 2. Are the walls solid (brick or concrete (quite) or Plaster sheet (noisy) you can hear the neighbors etc. 3. Will the rising or setting sun blaze through the windows, increased cooling costs. I thought the room was waaaay too expensive, nice facilities though, Khop Khun Khrup.🙏🙏🙏
Reds we must have crossed paths because I was literally right in that area yesterday (Wednesday). I have a local Thai friend who lives in apartment just directly South of the Once Pattaya Complex. It's funny because we were discussing what it would cost to live at Once Pattaya, I guessed it would be 25k+, but I also thought the units would be larger too. There is a local Thai music club maybe 10 minute walk to the South that we visited last night. Fun time, live Thai music band, only downside is the night got expensive. Total bill for 4 people was around 2900 baht, but that included a good amount of alcohol and food. Guess who paid? Oh yeah the farang of course LOL!
3rd road will become the “ luxury side “ of Pattaya with this. Arcadia Milleniun, and all the new ones in project or already start to build there Time to but in yhis area
@pattayareds GREAT FIND! 👍That’s what I’m looking for, higher end in 15k-25k range per month. Maybe a little bigger, doesn’t need to be new, maybe some of older places close to Jomeitien Beach 🏝️ that are bigger but not as new but still close to Pattaya? However this is still a great find! Keep up the great videos!!!!!
@@the_real_battman cheers Bat. With this complex being just a year old I think In time the rental price for these units will drop, maybe next low season they’ll have studio ones available to rent between 15-17k a month
Nice building but 21000 for a studio not feeling the price
Expensive out of the way, tiny too far from the beach.
it looked real small mate 21 k is dear for that space

Nice but expensive 😮
Great review mate, loads of info. I like your doing more reviews across the price ranges. It gives options for all. Cheers

Ridiculous pricing
Thanks for filming these places. The only thing I’d like more is information on how you found it and a link to
Nice and modern but no way is it worth 21,000 a month

Way, way, waaaay too expensive
Even half this price would be steep for a studio this size.

Check out Elegance @ Cosy Beach condo complex. Nice larger units for similar price. 1-2 minute walk to Cosy Beach!
