I stayed there last May/June. In the P2 Building Fab room nice staff. Great location, Soi Pothole is minutes away. In fact, everything is just minutes away.
Nice upmarket place as good option instead of the more budget places nearby….good that it includes elec/water which can mount up esp in hot season. Lack of a kitchen & decent views plus small tv are the negatives….but looks like quiet location at end of soi. Keep up the good work n get to 10k subs soon!!👀😉😎

In your tours and recommendations can you include if they do 1, 2 or 3 month rentals ( for us visitor who don't want a hotel for our next trip to Pattaya ) . That would be very helpful.

Yep, long stay in 35sq m doesn't really appeal to me much either - But that's what they have a lot of so... Bit of a prison vibe to a lot of these places imho - esp when u see the other inmates lol so I guess for a similar price you'd have to look on the Darkside or a fair bit further out for 50-60sqm
