Its also great that you have her on a raw diet from what it looks like. IMO I think that's the best way to feed your dogs to get them healthy and happy!

You were (earlier in the starting) in a calorie deficit and use to do more cardio than weight lifting, when did u realized to start lifting weights and being in a surplus? Do u have a picture of yourself when u started lifting weights and being in a calorie surplus, if yes please share with us and make a video on this, it'll be really helpful. How many active calories would you say you burn in a day. I’m always curious. Lately I’ve switched from running every day to just a couple times a week and waking instead all the other day. And weights 5-6 times a week. But at the end of the day my watch says I burn the same. I’m just curious how much movement you get in your day. And what are your rest days like! That’s a big one for me!! My boyfriend says I need to take a rest day but I count my cardio only days as one. ... curious to hear your thought!

Instead, find out your TDEE (still always an approximate, but is more accurate).
