Love you guru ji from Pakistan. I perform deadlift and squats every day in my warm up. It has changed my shape completely and the kind of strength it gives me is fantastic.
I feel sometimes so much missed oppurtunity by not being in India. Guru's style of teaching is so homely as compared to personal trainers who keep checking their clock for every session they come around you. It's not about the money anymore. It's about commitment on progress.

I did not understand. Did it go 40% for 5, 60-70% for 3, 70% for 3, 75% for 3, 80% for 3? I read lot of different numbers at different times.

Namaste Guruji. You’re doing a great job. I wanted to ask if this is the combined weight with the weight of the rod or excluding it. And if yes then it must be standard weight 21kg I believe. Please sir help me understand.
Yeah. It doesn't look like 100 kg. Should be 80 kg at most.

i follow everything dhawan ji has said except one thing the warmup ,i take 40 kg jumps bcz i need only 3 sets to warmup,this is know from my experience ,also if i do too many warmup sets it tires me out .my max is 212 kg i start with 85 kg 4 reps then 125 kg 3 reps then 165 kg 1 rep ,then my work set starts 205 kg 1 rep then 212 kg 1 rep .i focus only on singles ,even my volume set done at the end of 80 & 85 % consists of singles .i would say warmup depends on your own body ,it is different for everyone,some people require more ,some require less.
