      Weight to hamesh apni capacity k according hi lift krna cahiye bas yeh dhyan rhe ki jb aap training kar rhe ho to apki muscle and mind dono combination mein kam kre aise krne p light weight bhi heavy wala effect dega training ko feel kro .
      Or jha tak testosterone h woh 30 k baad km hone lag jata hai par achi diet and workout Kiya Jaye to use bhi control kr skte hai

    Sab steroids ki factory hai. Bina steroids ke 100 kg bhi nahi utha paayege. Sari bodybuilding steroids pe chalti hai.

Just Like in horse Training sitting posture or fall down happens ,same way u have to boost moral of New kids by telling him what percentage he is doing with perfection & How he can Improve Further.

    Sir please shoulder injury k bare me bataye.
    Mujhe 6 mhine phle gym me zyada weight uthane se pain shiru ho gya tha aur 6 mhine se abhi tak thik nhi hua. Mai gym nhi ja pa raha hu. Weight nhi utha pata aur full rotation bhi nhi ho pa raha. Please koi solution bataye sir 🙏

      @@Rahulsharma-mw1yg bhai injury to ho gyi hai 6 mhine phle. Ab mai gym me upper body ki koi bhi exercise nhi pa raha. Mera hath external rotation me problem karta hai aur weight uthane me pain hota hai. Please koi solution ho iska to bataye 🙏🙏

    After 3 sets of 3 reps of 90% should I go to 100% and how many sets or reps ?

      Sir, 100% itself means your are able to. Do only 1 rep.. Otherwise if your are doing 3 reps om 100% also that means that 100% is your actual 90%

      Avoid karo bhai. Body ko bimari se recover hone do otherwise exercise aur pressure dalegi recovery pe. Na bimari si thik ho ge na hi exercise se recover karoge. Agar jada dil hai to short and light workout.

      wide stance engages more glute hamstrings and hips ,enabling you to handle heavier weight .i take a stance wider than what mukesh ji takes in fact i take the widest stance in my gym .i am at my strongest when i do that .the only thing is it requires tremendous hip mobility and strength,not suited for everyone .i squat to just below parallel for my heaviest weight .however the thing to keep in mind is to not overuse it .you might get hip issues if used too much ,i only use it for my warmup and 2 work sets .rest of the sets are done with a medium stance .

      Bcoz most people don't even squat deep enough. In powerlifting you are required to go to a certain depth. Your hip crease is supposed to be below the plane of the knees when you are at the bottom. Having a wider stance allows you to get to that depth when weights are heavy and helps the load to be transferred to other body parts as well and not just the quads. What these people are doing here in this video are all high bar squats. In powerlifting most people do low bar squats. That puts more stress on the spine compared to high bar but again it enables you to lift more weight.
