    Would you agree that Front barbell squat, deficit deadlift and dumbell swings are also good supporting exercises for the deadlift? Also i would suggest a video on conditioning

    Namaste Guruji. Guruji in deadlift the weight is calculated with the weight of the rod(bar) or its excluding the weight of the rod? I’m very confused with this.

    Ek series Exercises ki perfect position and form,upper/peak point,lowest /relax point etc. ke baare main bhi bnaye jisme deep points bhi ho.... jaise squats main upar aakar knees poori kholni hai ya nai, calves main knees bent krni hai ya nai, chest main kya kre k shoulders par minimum zor aye etc.. Thank you!!
