By today , I successfully completed 1month and lost 6kgs. --> I followed as it is diet in this video and did 200 skippings a day , 1set of 8 excersizes from cultfit youtube channel. ---> And also I focussed on small things too.. such as don't take even 100ml of water after Breakfast,lunch ,dinner. I walked nearly Min 1km After breakfast,lunch, dinner. --> slept good enough of 8hrs. ---> I took water after 2hrs of breakfast, lunch and dinner . At that time I used to drink more water like 1.5-2L --> I completely avoided sugar, salt, oil, ghee ,rice. And also my daily routine is sprouts in morning,2multigrain pulka +Huge leafy vegetables curry +curd+ onions as lunch, fruits as dinner. I lost frm 84 to 78 . -Thank you.
