    I appreciated the fact that you vegan with all standing then finished with the all floorwork. I hate going from up to down. It is hard to get in position to perform the moves correctly if going from standing to lying all the time.

    These no repeat db workouts are amazing! Easily one of my new favourite fitness TH-camrs. I find myself going back to the KB or DB workouts so love seeing a new one, ty!!

    H, I have been doing your workouts for 1 year. I have done more of the kettlebells and wanted to get back to dumbbells. This was challenging!! I loved it and will keep it on the rotation. Yes, I feel very strong, and will get even stronger. Thanks for all your content. Happy New Year.

    Thank you for sharing this! I’m loving weightlifting right now mixed with an outdoor run! I had VSG surgery 6/2020 and have lost 112 pounds. My goal is fit, not skinny. Working out feels so good 🤩

    So there I was on TH-cam - minding other people's business (i.e. scrolling the feed) - and I saw this workout. Thought to myself: Yes! We'll do this one tomorrow, for a change (cos I do your workouts on my strength training days). Silly me thought I had already done this workout, so it should be familiar. But it wasn't...and the joke is on me!! Hahahahaha. What an awesome workout, Roxanne. You're truly a pillar in my health & fitness routine. I say it over & over, but you're doing so much more than I could properly articulate with these workout sessions. Thank you!!

    Your form is amazing! Should beginners start with lighter weights to keep the correct form? :) Is that the best way to increase muscle strength?

      Thank you lovely ❤ I would definitely start with a lighter weight and get the form correct first. If your form is good then pick a weight that is challenging and will work the muscles. Best way to increase strength is following the workout program and progressively overloading the muscles. Increasing the weight if the exercise feels to easy. Even if you start the exercise with a heavier weight and have to drop to a lighter on half way. Next time you might be able to do the heavier one a little bit longer.

      Hey lovely they are 5kgs in weight, it’s all I had at the time 🥰 I suggest you use what weight you almost reach fail to after the time and with correct form 💖💖 hope this helps and enjoy the workout 🥰
