I honestly wish I could like this workout more than once (even though I sometimes extend some of the breaks when I'm trying to avoid the movements that kick my bum!! 🤣😂🙈). I always feel SO good after doing this workout (after doing any of your workouts, to be honest!). Thanks again Roxanne for all the effort, planning, etc. that you put into bringing us these workouts. You're doing far more than you know, because for some of us it's not just about the physical aspect; something truly does shift during & after working out ❤️
