Just watched this again, beautiful. I miss QLrace a la 2016. :) There is something spiritual about defrag. All the geometry, textures and sounds. It's another world. The map makers showing their creativity. The flow and focus you need to set a good time and the joined struggle on a server to do so.
This is pure insanity. I played defrag since 2001 until today, but i never was good enough to finish such maps in one row - without thousands of mistakes. I was really glad the first time i seeing you making a couple of mistakes too. Good job! You got my respect.
This video should be seen by all people who ever played any video game in there life to see whats a vieeo game skill/art..Also this video has a message. You will get broken in life solving puzzlez and getting on the right path but hopefully you will succeed...

I recommend checking out Q2jump videos, they have a lot of maps like this that are more parkour/precision oriented, rather than pure speed like what Q3defrag is typically.
sick! i never really played quake trickjumping, but i know the hardest part on this is just keeping the focus (next to the jumps being really torture on this one). I did an rtcw trickjump map with 1000 platforms which takes 15mins to complete and near the end my mind is so tense
I can't describe what's the beauty of DF, old game , shit graphics, but I'm playing it about 15 years and it's still fun for me . This vq3 run is incredible. Vq3 physics only for true dfers , but I prefer cpm more thou.
