I been doing her videos for a almost 2 months about 3 to 4 times a week. Im 240 lbs and her exercises are not hard on my body and yes i see a big difference. She has a lot of videos, for me I started with no jump cardio and the challenges. Do it and i promise you you will see a major change!!!!! I Thanks God for allowing me to come across these videos, because i was struggling!!!
@@Honey-nf6gi yes but, i do several of her videos together, if you do them i guarantee you will see a change,i love her standing abs videos because I had a hernia surgery and so i can do ab work without getting on the floor!!! Yes i do see a change in my body. Her workouts will have you curvy!!!!!@@

For instance i been doing her cardio videos, my body is getting firm and also the squats got my butt on 10!!!!😀😀😀😀. I encourage you to keep going dont give up!!!

Hiii iam regularly doing flat tummy exercises as u like but in morning time iam so tired n no strength trying to sleep. so, please suggest to me to get strength in abs n in diet
Sulekha Sahu Yes it surely does, just give it a try and see for yourself. If you do this exercise consistently, ideally three days a week, you’ll start to see very quickly results!!! Good luck and don’t forget to drink lots of water to keep well hydrated ;)

Start eating 2 Brazil nuts per day for your thyroid. Don't eat over 2 because you can get selenium poisoning.... Also take kelp supplements!😃
