    Hi darling .....I am from India and I am 90 kgs ,I have thyroid .......your smile , your fit body and your amazing work out are my motivation to loose weight .......thank you for all your exercises.....😘😘😘😘😘......I do half an hour of walking every day and then do your exercises everyday expect Sundays I take a break .......what I love about your exercises is there is no weight lifting only your own body weight .....and I love it.......

      Start eating 2 Brazil nuts per day for your thyroid. Don't eat over 2 because you can get selenium poisoning.... Also take kelp supplements!😃

    I been doing her videos for a almost 2 months about 3 to 4 times a week. Im 240 lbs and her exercises are not hard on my body and yes i see a big difference. She has a lot of videos, for me I started with no jump cardio and the challenges. Do it and i promise you you will see a major change!!!!! I Thanks God for allowing me to come across these videos, because i was struggling!!!

      @@Honey-nf6gi yes but, i do several of her videos together, if you do them i guarantee you will see a change,i love her standing abs videos because I had a hernia surgery and so i can do ab work without getting on the floor!!! Yes i do see a change in my body. Her workouts will have you curvy!!!!!@@

      @@Honey-nf6giThat depends on your faithfulness! Yes it will, you also have to consider your eating to, leave bread pasta potatoes ect, alone also. For instance i been doing her cardio videos, my body is getting firm and also the squats got my butt on 10!!!!😀😀😀😀. I encourage you to keep going dont give up!!!

    Day 1: completed two times bruh I feel like i need the toilet
    Day 2 : completed two times
    Day 3: completed one time had school
    Day 4 : completeted
    Day 5:completed two times I see changes getting smaller
    Day 6: completed
    Day 7:completed
    Day8:couldn't be bothered
    Day 9: completed four times
    I'm back I've been doing this workout lately cause of the coronavirus but when I see changes I'll update u I'm also working out on the 7 minutes loose 1 inch it's by lacy something but yea

    All going well thanks to u can u pl add a workout for lower abbs as it s really difficult to get rid of that it will be better if it's a seated or a standing one as I have a problem with my spine

      Sulekha Sahu Yes it surely does, just give it a try and see for yourself. If you do this exercise consistently, ideally three days a week, you’ll start to see very quickly results!!! Good luck and don’t forget to drink lots of water to keep well hydrated ;)
