Orbot has a very good grout brush, we use it a lot.

I am a fan of cleaning my way in,when it comes to tile,slip shoe covers on when you clean the entry a bit.
Autoscrubber . Use a floor buffer and a brush then a wet vac lot faster.
Because of you I got into the carpet cleaning game and its truly a blessing man. Thankyou man, seriously. Your course is dope btw. Quick question, I went the Vlm route to start until i can get into HWE, getting great results still. Would like to get into tile and hardwood floors. was wondering if you think i could do so with my 175, have a poly brush pad driver for agitation and can get other pads for hardwood floors. Do you think it would be sufficient to start or is more heavier equipment recommended in your opinion?
175 will work but no brush just pads like the white and red pads. If you took my course the hardwood course came with it. Congrats

Most all floor scrubbers work well IF you have the right brushes for the floor type and most importantly, the right chemical and dwell time for the job... imo.
After cleaning carpets with peroxide and carpet details, it’s smells musty and can still smell urine. It seems to go away when everything dries up. Is that normal? How can I eliminate that and leave with no smell at all?

The grout should only be sealed not the whole tile . Not properly sealing the grout- get a bottle with a wheel on it get on your hand and knees to properly seal it .
