Really well done, so easy to follow along with yet so extensive! Really appreciate your work!
Glad you enjoyed it!. Thanks for the comment it helps :)
He keeps saying he's sure we already knew this, but I'm not sure why. Seeing this TH-cam video is due to my lack of knowledge about this. Haha. Jokes aside, he is really good at deconstructing software. I'm glad I found this video.
Man, this was one of the most interesting deep dives into the functionality and usability of the midi sequencing in S1. Thank you so much for taking the time. If you know the midi sequencer of your daw well, you know more than most of the producers out there!! Very helpful!
Thanks so much, man. Well done. I learned a few new things. It's a great day! S1 still needs a MIDI EVENT LIST! :D
Thank you for this 😭🙏 very useful
This tutorial is really well done. thanks so much!
I've been thinking about bouncing from FL Studio to Studio One and your video was immensely helpful! I'm eager to give Studio One a shot!
Man I’m thinking bout switching from FL studio to studio one to dog
S1 is more stable with true 64-bit plugins. While FL is more centered around old plugins
Awesome and very much to the best explanation of S1 that I have across all TH-cam! Mr. Great tut plz keep teaching us new b’s plz and thank you!!!
Very useful. Indispensable tutorial. Thank you, very much
Excellent video. Hadn't realised quite powerful the S1 midi editor is. Looking forward to your video on the Inspector and Actions.
Good stuff! Thank you.
Thx bro excellent tutorial .. I feel like I know so much and I haven’t used the program yet
Awesome ❤️
Great Job!!!!!!!!
Thanks!
Hi! For the [ 13:30 ] edit tool you can select all the notes and use it with the alt key . You don't need to select the mute tool. I just checked to be sure. So need to select all the notes and press Alt in the top and will mute all the selected.
That was very informative. Thanks! Love your deep dives
Thanks man.!!
I have a request for you, can you make videos about the Synth Hyperion? It's very deep and I think your an amazing teacher who can help us understand it 🙏
Uhh, that is a tuff request. Very deep and extensive plugin.
Thanks for this - I have spent hours digging into this last week then today I found this! Very helpful.
A thought for another video! Like you I play guitar better than keyboard. How would you take an analogue track and convert to midi!
A feature I miss from Ableton!
Thanks for the very usefull video. I find that in the MIDI Editor the vertical zoom enlarges very little, while the horizontal one allows you to enlarge and reduce a lot.
Why doesn't S1 allow to enlarge more vertically?
do you know how to add to the edit view when i choose bank to change bank there is an option for midi or percent i was wondering can we put names in there for instance when i use waves bass fingers plugin it has three names there already but i cannot access this
thank you in advance
When I adjust the velocity of a note by dragging from it's top down, I can't see the velocity displayed on the note as you can. Instead, because the note is selected, it is entirely white. Is there a fix that you know offhand? If I mute the note I could see what you're seeing, but under Appearance I couldn't change things to duplicate what it's like in your video.
Ok. I am creating a guitar pluck pattern in Midi with drums for timing. I created a pattern for the intro to a song, I copied and pasted that pattern, and it worked fine. I pasted the same pattern again and the first10 notes were right on time but after that the timing got off somehow. Question is how do you fix it so when you copy and paste midi it stays in time throughout the entire project?
35:54 necesito ese videoooo/ i need that videoooo
Do you happen to know why midi will play out of sync after soloing the midi track?
It’s probably just the vst I was using tbh.
Your tutorials are great because they are fast and condensed. You TALK A LOT, but that's OK ;-)
I was able to position the mouse over the chord and play it in Ableton. How to play a single midi chord with the mouse ?
