thank you for the video! notice - tip no.4 - easier way is to get into plugin manager, find duplicates br vendor or any other filter you prefer, see which plugins has multiple versions(au,aax,vst2,vst3), filter format view to to format you want to hide (au for instance) and click "hide all". that will leave only the version of this plugin in the format you didn't hide.
Thanks - been using S1 for years and didn't know about Tip 8!! What a time saver! I would usually open up the song and copy the FX chain I was looking for - or save a preset. This is brilliant.
Cool video! Regarding Tip 9: you can use CMD+C CMD+V (CTRL+C, CTRL+V on Windows) to copy-paste all channel inserts and sends in one go, instead of dragging it separately, and you can also use it on multiple channels.
yes! Macros is what is getting me into studio one by little. Long ago I did a piece, hybrid, acoustic guitars and many vsts and I struggled a bit. Left it in peace to go back to Logic but here am I again. :-)
I absolutely love your videos, I was curious about the plugin sleep option for CPU saving. I found it a couple days ago and it seems to work really well but I don't know if it's doing anything else to my projects lol
Honestly the couple of like regular studio one dudes that make videos for presonus are getting monotone to me and not helpful. This WAS actually pretty life changing 😂 Excited to check out more of your stuff 🤘
Love your videos. I cannot get on with Studio One, and with the ways things went recently I ran back to Logic. I think its going the way of Sonar unfortuanatly. I hope I'm wrong as I own Studio One full license.
@@mixedbymatty not comfortable with subscription licensing - I know you get perpetual still but bits are missing. All the DAWs seem a bit in limbo at the moment though.

Tip 8 was my life saving tip of the day, thanks 🙂
I didn’t realise that I could access the presets from the side bar menu! Thanks for these tips, Matty!

Really nice tips. They can be useful for more seasoned S1 users too!
Hands down the most valuable Studio One video I have watched in 3 years. Well done!
This is the vid you want to bookmark....Matty for president !!!! Thanks Man!!!

It's hard to admit, but I like your approach. Studio one is for music creating, not for fighting with DAW to make music.

Tip 8 - game changer. Didn't know about that
Thank you bro!
Thanks for sharing👍
More like these pls!... There are just not enough ST1 tips/ tutorial videos out there.. and sad to say Presonus don't even do anything about it!"
3:43 Just into Preferences>Advanced>Services and disable support for the plugin format(s) you don't want to use.
Love your mixes! What made you switch back to studio one from pro tools?
Great tips! Tnx
Thanks for the tips!

What happened recently?

so after 3 years of waiting STUDIO ONE still cannot audition 3 notes in a chord without clicking PLAY ? What a shame !
Presonus for the win
