So hard to believe that you guys don’t have a million subs… you guys put out some of the best and top quality videos I’ve seen, and I’ve seen just about all of ‘em.
I just purchased these and can confirm that Ford Performance has checked their nuts. There is now a note on the top of the boxes and a bag of new nuts!
Couldn’t believe the size different in the struts, even bigger than Sasquatch!

You could buy the 6100’s (have seen them priced at $799)+ Sasquatch springs (you can buy a set of take-offs for $100) + OEM top hats (reuse the ones on vehicle) and BOOM you have a better set of coilovers than this (because of their lift height adjustability) while saving yourself $1600!

Great content. Question…. What are Bilstein options for my 2020 Raptor (bead lock wheels)? As usual the factory shocks have lost their precision in under 10k business road driving miles. Have been hooked on Bilstein for years. Starting with 02 Crown Vic Sport, several Expeditions and F250/350s. Huge difference verses Ford/Rancho. I’d there are options, you sell/deploy? Also, are you able to get the reddish color Ford bead lock rings to replace stick? Thank you.
Can you add perch collar to these coilovers? Or is it in a set position.
Regarding comment that it drives like a sas - aren't these the equivalent to Bilstein 6100 shocks, which are supposed to be 2 grades above the Sasquatch Bilstein 4600?
what's the torque on axle nut?
Is this the same lift size as the Sasquatch bilsteins on the sas packages?

Why wouldn’t you remove front sway bar to allow greater flex when removing and installing the struts? Seems would be less effort to get enough clearance ?
More work for something that doesn't need to be done.
When i look at the site is says, "not validated for against sasquatch, badlands, or bronco raptor" so does this mean that it would not fit my stock non sas badlands bronco?
That's correct, Badlands Bronco's already have Bilstein struts.
Shouldn’t you measure from the center of the hub to get a more accurate read on increase? OBX vs Sasquatch tires are 1” difference in diameter? Assuming this setup isn’t adjustable? It would be nice to get it nice a level.
That is a good idea. There is a good excuse for the switch in wheels and tires. In the middle of the installation, the customer of the vehicle wanted new wheels and tires, so we switched over the TPMS to the new wheels and put on the factory 35in tires that come on the Sasquatch models. We are sorry that we couldn't get the proper measurement.
Would these be a better choice than a set of Sasquatch takeoffs?
These are definitely heavier duty than the stock suspension.
