I loved your videos! I dont feel rushed while doing the exercises, as you give multiple modifications for the exercises. and your form is such a good example! was feeling a little numb while studying, this has given me energy and a clear vision.
What I loved about this practice is that it gave me opportunity to really explore and feel out what's going on in my body while I balance. And by the end, my energy had totally shifted from groggy to energized. Thanks for the bright energy you share with us! :)
I was tired today during this practice, but not nearly as much as yesterday, and I think I know what the problem was now. I don't think I'd had enough protein in the last few days. Much better today though. Thank you Brett. Namaste.

I am working so hard on balance. I am struggling but I can tell I am improving since I have incorporated a balance class every day in the past week. Thank you so much for the tips you give they are very helpful. I know a lot of my issue is quieting my mind while I practice. So much Love - Namaste!

Love your workouts. Do one pretty much every day. Can I just say I devastated this morning that TH-cam interrupted this one three or four times today!! Very hard to balance when trying to stop ads! First time this has happen during workouts, is there a reason?
