I've been doing the whole, organic lemons in the blender for several months. I use them just as you said in smoothies. I also blend baby kale, baby chard, arugula, spinach, parsley, various sprouts and any other green I have on hand to make green cubes to add to smoothies. Don't know what it does for neuropathy in particular, but it's great for the microbiome.
Love my organic, fruit and veggie smoothies.
I also love that you don't use AI to create your educational videos. The personal touch is refreshing. For that reason I subscribe to your channel.

When juicing a lemon, use a microplane to grate the rind. I keep a small jar of the dried grated peel in the refrigerator to add directly to food needing an extra kick. Also use the dried peel in salt free seasoning blends once I have enough.

I started using lemons recently again(no apple cider vinegar),my teen enamel is fine and within a few days, literally less than a week ,my sciatica nerves problem took a huge jump in improvement and I was able to run an 8km 57min without feeling much pain or tension from the nerves.I hope and trust that it will improve more with time. Thank you so much doctor. After 120mg and 9 years of Cymbalta which almost killed me, internal bleeding, confused, lost the ability to read, write, think and not being able to walk unassisted. Due to Cymbalta poisoning. Then given opioids for what turn out to be Cymbalta poisoning. Medication given to me for internal bleeding, blocked the absorption of the Cymbalta, and the pain went. The nurse came to give me my handful of opioids and replacement my sentinel patch for my pain, but I had no pain anymore. gone. Coming of opioids was a walk in the park, compare to the agony of Cymbalta poisoning.
6 independent medical examiners wrote me off as have a TBI.
Thank you for being so honest for calling out problematic medications. Sometimes very very few doctors have the balls to do.

Do you include the seeds too? 3. If I don't have access to organic lemons, is washing the lemon peel enough to remove most pesticides that would be detrimental?

I buy the small organic lemon I put the whole thing in there. I do wash it off first, I also put CHEYNE cinnamon and turmeric a little bit of ginger. I just started doing this about five days ago I want to get cinnamon sticks so bad I couldn’t find them, but I’m gonna start really stocking up on spices aromatherapy my favorite to are clary, sage, and lavender Lavender keep the bugs away and it helps headaches and clary sage helps clear your mind. I don’t know how but it works. That’s my plan. Anyway, my neuropathy is already starting to go away and it hasn’t been quite a week yet. I don’t know exactly which things doing it but I’m gonna put it all over them in there together and keep adding different stuff, thank you for taking the time to share your videos. God bless you.

Those are going to be key for your recovery.

I take Acetyl-L Carnitine. 500 mg 2 times a day with food and a glass of water. Also and just as important, a concoction. I mix mine in a small juice glass / V 8 juice / 1tsp Turmeric / 1/2tsp
Ginger powder/ a sprinkling of black pepper / 1tsp of extra virgin olive oil.
Take sips of this through the day and evening. Drink the whole glass in one day.
When I take this without missing a day I get to a place where I have NO pain at all!!
You can try other juices but I find that V8 covers the strong taste of the Turmeric.
I came up with this solution after two doctors told me there was nothing I could do for the pain.
You should start to feel results after 2 to 4 days.

What if nerves have been severed? I have peripheral neuropathy in my legs and feet.

    • @maryfarus6398
      @maryfarus6398 ปีที่แล้ว +8

If your nerves are severed, nothing will help. You’d be paralyzed. I have had bilateral neuropathy in my legs and feet for 25 years now. It is very disturbing but never have any of my various neurologists ever said my nerves are severed or that could even happen. I am not a diabetic so my neuropathy is idiopathic (no known cause).

Lifewave patches have reversed and healed my nerve pain and nerve damage completely! I was partially paralyzed in my L leg and my R vocal fold.
Tumeric has helped the inflammation/pain. And lions Mane helps repair myelin sheath and nerve growth. I no longer have nerve pain. And I drink lemon everyday for all the minerals

I want to tell you that I started taking Benfotamie and using Red LED about 3months ago from today (01/5/2024)on my nerve burning pain area and I no longer have any pain. Sometimes just a slight sensation or more or an awareness of the area but even that is very few and far between. I also noticed stress would cause flair ups.
Also thought you would want to know that I got my labs done after using LED consistently and taking 5000 IU of D3 daily. My doctor said my vitamin D was too high. I live in Alaska, so not much sun in the winter. Now I can save money not buying vitamin D. I just make sure I have enough K-2 in my diet. I am now going to add lemons to my daily regimen. Thank you so much for your valuable information.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
