Once again, superior video coverage. It's interesting to see such a professional crew, but without basic protective gear like hard hats and eye protection
Glad to hear the driver got out alive i hope he makes a speedy recovery. never seen a modern truck ripped apart like that before very scary and makes you think?. another excellent video from you very interesting thank you.
All in a night's work for the responders. How many hours did it take from the time the recovery started till it ended? Were they able to salvage those massive rolls of paper? Glad to hear that the driver survived.
I've seen a bunch of recovery videos on your channel, and I asked myself this very question.. Are you working in recovery yourself and has colleagues that records the recoveries, so you can post them on your channel?
it was difficult to see the tires on that thing. was it on summer tires? if so i hope he got a RELY big fine and his license suspended indecently. then he have to stay out of Scandinavia!
Not likely if it was a company stationed in a Germany, Poland or whatever, these drivers are 9/10 times those that are off the road, and why would they fit winter tires if they rarely drive up here? I agree he should be fined, but the company will most likely pay for it anyway..
I don't get it. Sweden makes Volvo heavy equipment and I see early in the video a Caterpillar front end loader. What gives? Just a curious Canadian asking. I always thought Volvo makes some of the best equipment on the planet.
Phillip mulligan, l guess you forgot about the Trade Agreement between Countries ?But what gets to me more , is the way things are made now Light weight ,Cheap , &one big hit , then scrapped for very few euro's
one of the worst accident that I have seen in you tube and great job from recovery company. But they should use electrical saw rather than ax to cut metals. lol
2 axle trucks are worthless in wintertime, not enough traction to the drive wheels and the trailer easily jacknifes when braking in curves or downhill...
NO machine can be designed to face all situations and the driver must use his human judgement as far as speed is concerned or whether to tackle the journey in the first place. Just one second and just one human mistake can turn any brilliant engineering to scrap., be it Mercedes, Volvo or Scania. Never think that we can beat natural forces, not yet anyway.
No wonder. Special driver....and very good winter tyres! I don´t unterstand that. We must buy every winter expensive tires for all axle (Norway) and this people from RO, BG, PL etc drives with F1 tires. One day they´ll killed a few people and then all are crying, but then it´s too late! Closed the border and controll every truck!
Jacqueline What I dont like is that you insult other people, but you main point is correct. You dont have to close the border too check every truck, just do random controls and high fines and everybody will obey the laws. But somehow, its still stupid that it is allowed to drive with summer tires on 4 of the 5 truck axles in snow because its dangerous for all the other drivers too....
Hannes Dobermann Like I said stop the truck , call the company. These days is more important where you are coming from. Ah you're from Ukrain hmm yea you russian communist or you bulgarian , serb or romanian oh ye you're the gypsies or the lithuanians wc cleaners and so one. Europe have become the lowest brain dead people of this planet. I swear. WHO THE FUCK CARES IF IT IS SERB OR A WALKING FISH !!!
foreign driver, that are not used to winter road (aka. polish driver) and driving with either summer tire or 4 season tire after EU regulation.... in Scandinavia we have special regulation, that say trucks need winter tire. Heck Eu-winter tire is the same as Summer tire here in Scandinavia
WTF these guys are doing. What a waste of time. Light and structural damaged parts are automatic recycle material, you need to rescue only reusable parts. Get demolish excavator there and scrap unusable parts on-site in minutes.
You just have to love professional recovery. Everything is so... calm and smooth and... professional! :D
..And along comes the Jamie Davis rotator :O - 4:55 - this would happen but with a lot more bang.
Once again, superior video coverage. It's interesting to see such a professional crew, but without basic protective gear like hard hats and eye protection
Thanks, interesting videos. Hopefully driver is ok.
Snyggt bärgat! Ramströmspojkarna kan dom!
Great work. Very neat and professionnal... Now, I just hope that the trudk driver is okay and made it back home...
Glad to hear the driver got out alive i hope he makes a speedy recovery.
never seen a modern truck ripped apart like that before very scary and makes you think?.
another excellent video from you very interesting thank you.
cibie01 Thanks! I think drivers are pressured by low prices and therefore runs too fast on snowy and icy roads
I love watching these guys...they are good at what they do
One more recovery video with company Ramströms coming up within a couple of weeks :)
All in a night's work for the responders. How many hours did it take from the time the recovery started till it ended? Were they able to salvage those massive rolls of paper? Glad to hear that the driver survived.
New Video
man its awesome!
How the driver feels right now?
The driver is lucky to be alive. What a mess.
What type are those Emergency Amber Revolving and flashing lights from ...

this is video made me want come to Scandinavia and be a recovery truck driver
you guys make it look easy :-)

All season tires just means they are equally useless all seasons..
Top Job. Thumbs up.
no way... is it really Actros MP4?
A beautiful truck !!
Ah Europe drivers is....
Why the flatbet truck it has a many rotating light.

The Video is Good bat myself Hope the Trucker is Well!!!
Sebastian Warth Thanks! Yes I hope so to! What I heard he stod outside the truck after the accident but he had some faceinjuries.
ADVideofilm
mobb figga Google translate :)
ADVideofilm haha lol. More videos m8:)
Good video as usual. That truck need more than buffing. ;-)
Bo Wallen Thanks!
+Bo Wallen i beg to differ sir! a little turtle wax and some time and she'll be good as new.......

+Phillip Mulligan We have a lot of Cat machines in Sweden as well.
Phillip mulligan, l guess you forgot about the Trade Agreement between Countries ?But what gets to me more , is the way things are made now Light weight ,Cheap , &one big hit , then scrapped for very few euro's
Some wants Volvo, others wants Cat. Probably the same in the US and Canada.
In Sweden also Ljungby is pretty big at wheel loaders.
one of the worst accident that I have seen in you tube and great job from recovery company. But they should use electrical saw rather than ax to cut metals. lol
That´s the Viking way to get things done, who need modern tools?
Need winter tyres on lorry and all driving wheels
2 axle trucks are worthless in wintertime, not enough traction to the drive wheels and the trailer easily jacknifes when braking in curves or downhill...

NorgeChris i think they use 4season tires ON TRUCKS.
Sa Valaki They use winter tires in the rear axle of the truck. all otrher axles are summer tires. This is an stupid EU law.
thank you for this comment. no season tires are also a problem in germany..
Jacqueline

Också detta en tvåaxlig trailerdragare i vinterväglag. Typiskt.
That cab was destroyed. I hope the driver lived
So was it the bad tires, or misplaced the paper so the balance was off or just a bad driver who thinks he can drive like it is summer? :D
foreign driver, that are not used to winter road (aka. polish driver) and driving with either summer tire or 4 season tire after EU regulation.... in Scandinavia we have special regulation, that say trucks need winter tire. Heck Eu-winter tire is the same as Summer tire here in Scandinavia
