This is perfect for my taste of what I'm looking for, and it's walking distance to the beach. The price is on fleek, but I'm going to need a little more square footage, more balcony space. Overall; I think it's a 💎. I can get to daily jog. I'm sold.

But can lease the land 😉 basically like this, there is a lot of ins and outs. But condos are ear easy. Just have to have the cash. No home loans in Thailand for foreigners, that I know of.
