In the future when Disney has space cruise ships they will look like the USS Pasteur. Every time I see the Pasteur I think the designer took a cruise ship added a ball on the front, and some spare nacelles he had laying around..

the detail and paint apps on the Pasteur are worth the price of admission alone- one of Eagelmoss' best in this series...also love the Grissom- really nicely sized...
I had no idea there was a Runabout... I LOVE them... and its the variant with a weapon pod! ohhh... I needs this!!! ... I got a 3D printer at the start of the year and have been printing starships starting with voyager then going into star wars & now star gate, I LOVE the Puddle Jumper & B304 Daedalus, and am currently printing the city of Atlantis.... I have been looking but yet to find a model of the runabout to print for myself. Of all the ships in Star Trek the Orinoco or a Delta flyer would probably be what I'd want as my personal ship.

While I don't have any Eaglemoss ships (yet), my top 10 Trek Federation ships in no particular order would be the ST-6 Excelsior, the NX-01, the Refit Enterprise, the Enterprise-E, the Akira-class, the Defiant, the Galaxy-class, the Peregrine fighter, the Voyager, and the Delta Flyer
I love the Nebula class.

And now have started to collect eaglemoss ships and quirky federation ships are my favorite.
These eaglemoss ships are the best I have come by in a long time.
The Mirror Universe NX-01 is gorgeous. I've got the normal, the refit and the mirror and it's my favourite!
nice list. think most of them be in my list of best eaglemoss ships, number one for me is always the NX-01 Refit for a ship we never seen in screen it was beautiful and makes me wish we saw it and was so well done by eaglemoss too. I love to have Enterprise A on my list has it's my fave ship but eaglemoss mess it up so badly.
Eaglemoss does great with less know ships and completely messes up hero ships.
I know you are Irish, but when you were talking about the USS Pasteur, when you said, “I like this ship”. You sounded just like Scotty from the 2009 movie when he saw the Enterprise.

Great video. Good selections in your top ten Fed ships. If I remember correctly, the Kyushu is New Orleans class. It is a pretty jazzy design. I am glad to see Eaglemoss basically filling in the blanks on what were essentially "study" models, like the New Orleans class. They were clearly seen in the wreckage of Wolf 359's battle, but didn't have a lot of detail.
My top Fed ships:
1. Enterprise TMP refit.
2. USS Reliant
3. USS Excelsior
4. Akira class
5. USS Defiant (Defiant class)
6. TOS USS Enterprise
7. NX-01 Enterprise (Lol...Akiraprise)
8. NCC-1701-E
9. It's a tie between NCC-1701-C and NCC-1701 B. I think this is where the mid-phase of evolution for the Enterprise legacy is clear.
10. NCC-1701-D.

My fav is the Probert concept Enterprise C/Ambassador. It literally feels like the evolution between the Excelsior class and the Galaxy. Its has the artdeco neck and ship like hull of the Excelsior with asimilar saucer and nacels to the Galaxy. If it was available in a larger scale I would buy it right now but the Eaglemoss version with its quirky flaws is all we get.
My Top 10 Federation Ships in no particular order:
USS Enterprise-D (Galaxy-class) - Much like you, the Enterprise-D was my introduction to Star Trek, I was practically raised on Next Gen reruns. So because of that, the Galaxy-class always has a special place in my heart.
USS Enterprise Refit/A (Constitution refit) - To me, the Constitution-class will always be the iconic Star Trek ship. While the original from the tv show remains charmingly retro, the refit design introduced for the movies did a great job a modernizing the classic design and still remains timeless in my opinion.
USS Excelsior - Such a gorgeous ship. The shorter neck, the longer profile, the sweeping angle on the drive section; it's a beautiful successor to the Constitution. There's a reason they kept using this model through Star Trek Voyager.
USS Prometheus - The sharp arrowhead shaped saucer-section, the quad nacelles, the fact that it can split into three sections; definitely one of the coolest ships in Starfleet.
Akira-class - A cool ship inspired from the old Miranda-class and the Klingon Bird-of-Prey, the Akira trades the normal drive section for a pair of struts connected by a torpedo pod and warp nacelles giving it both a familiar, but very unique design.
New Orleans-class - My favorite of the Wolf 359 ships. It's a shame this ship never got any real screen-time. Like a baby sister to the Galaxy-class, its much smaller, has a shorter neck, but has long, thin nacelles on swept pylons to give it a sleeker look. Plus knowing that the sensor pods were highlighters is hilarious.
Steamrunner-class - I always liked the Steamrunner for its aggressive looking saucer and how the nacelles were embedded in it while the deflector rests between the back ends of the nacelles.
USS Defiant - A drastically different design from most Starfleet designs. I can't imagine anyone disliking this tough little ship.
USS Titan (Luna-class) - To me, the Luna is to Sovereign as to what the Nebula is the Galaxy, but without it just being a simple kitbash. The nacelles and the ridges on the saucer give small hints of the Akira as well.
USS Enterprise-F (Odyssey-class) - I freakin' love this ship. The STO version, not Eaglemoss's Federation Livery version. I love how it has height like a Galaxy-class and length like a Sovereign-class giving it a great profile, the dual neck inspired by the Oberth, the black livery on the white hull. I've been into this ship ever since it was introduced in Star Trek Online.

I'd really love it if Eaglemoss made a XL version of Cochrane's Phoenix with nacelles that moved.
I cant do a top 10 list yet, as i'm hoping Eaglemoss will surprise us with some amazing ships soon, before the end the series.
I like the Phoenix as well but I wouldn’t say Eaglemoss did a great job since the deflector dish is not accurate. Also just a pronunciation FYI, Kyushu is pronounced Kyoo-shoo, not kai-shoo. Otherwise, enjoyed this post! Keep up the good work!
Runabouts are a fave for me. They remind me of a Winnebago. Kind of a family vacation ship.
I would have also added the steam runner class and Prometheus - both great looking ships with killer azteking
I think the Run about was made by AMT/ ERTL.
The Voyager model at the time was made by Monogram models. 1990's.

2:45 Yeah, my first Star Trek series was also TNG, the original series was not shown i my country, and the first time I saw it was streaming on Netflix😂 yes, a bit late but anywho… Voyager and Enterprise was not shown either by the way.

I have all the Mirandas but the Original is still the best of the bunch. What sucks about it is that Ive had to fix it half a dozen times cause the stand is trash.
What is the average size of the 'regular' models?
I'm a fan I deserve everything else want the Phoenix too this ship for me.
I want the runabout and the u.s.s. Pasteur and the u.s.s stargazer those ships for me.

I love the unofficial Oceana class ships. Pity there is no model for it.

Agree with many of the choices but having a top 10 human/Starfleet ships without TMP Enterprise is .... well.... errrr..... baffling to be honest!🖖🏻🤷🏻♂️

I suppose it’s like girlfriends - you never forget your first starship!😂 My first starship was TOS Enterprise and, while that was iconic, after enduring 10 years of a saucer with some drain piping & a couple of planks of wood, to see the new Enterprise with Jerry Goldsmiths music in the cinema is a moment I’ll never forget & I just wish there was a way fans of subsequent series could experience it! To me she’ll always be a thing of beauty!🖖🏻

The Galaxy class Enterprise D Eeeekk I think it is the worst looking of all the NCC-1701 series. Looks like a cobra.

The Pasteur is ugly, but it's literally a mobile, fully functioning space hospital. It's supposed to look as non threatening as possible to a myriad of different species.
