    Amanda thank you very much for the detail you go into explaining the movement and the wrongs we tend to do as beginners. Very helpful as I am in the process of getting ready to start my TTraining.

    This is great exercises. What is the name of the machine you are using Amanda, and where can I purchase one?

      This piece of Pilates apparatus is called the Reformer. I use Peak Pilates equipment in my studio, but you can also purchase reformers from Balanced Body, Gratz, and Stott.
