Your healthy shopping videos are super helpful! And thanks for the EVOO olive oil tip at Costco. I’m bummed that I was just there and got the organic Kirkland EVOO not looking on the back. I might take it back and exchange it for the non organic EVOO just because it’s so big and takes awhile to use it up
Your videos are so helpful! My Mom has Parkinson’s, so I’m helping her to transition to the Mediterranean/MIND diet. I live near Columbia, so we’re lucky to have an Aldi and a Lidl, and I go to Costco once a month.
Thank you. I have been contemplating getting a Costco membership. It looks like they have great prices. I am in Upstate SC. I was hoping you were going to show the meat department, as I am going from ketogenic to carnivore. My husband eats pretty much everything, although I'm trying to get him to give up sugar and seed oils. He's trying!
We raise/source almost all of our own meat so I rarely buy it there but I love the lamb and organic ground turkey at Costco. I’ve got a video on sugar swaps that may be helpful :)
Yeesss cottage cheese, I have a tub in my fridge, too! And we always get the frozen fish because pescetarian life...also Wild Planet tuna at Costco. BEST canned tuna for the price. I just grabbed that root veggie blend, too, on my last trip! I can't wait to try it. I get the indvidual bowls of rice, too. Not so much lately, since my endocrinologist has me tracking and reducing carb intake, but still a great option every and again. Essentials for us: Mushrooms, campari tomatoes, greens (spinach or spring mix), protein shakes (depending on which brands they have and what I can drink), and Costco actually has the best price on coconut milk, and contact lens solution, too, so we get it there, when we go.
Thank you for explaining the significance of single source. I was wondering why it was important. Thanks for a great video! I got lots of ideas.
Your are so welcome, I’m glad it was helpful! ❤️

I’m so happy that they are helpful for you! I’m planning on doing another Lidl video soon and will be doing Costco the first week of Feb.
How about a video with recipes that include cottage cheese?
I can do that :)

Lisa….I am curious how do you use the sardines?
Love Costco!
On whole wheat bread or crackers, with avocado, or a little mayo & hot sauce
