As soon as I started using the olive oil, I’m single sourced, And cold pressed my blood pressure went down to 118 or 112 after 2 1/2 weeks! @monakhoury3354 this is exactly what you're supposed to do. Olive oil is supposed to be eaten at cooler temperature. So it's best for salads, hummus, bread. And avocado oil can be used at high heating levels, and it won't cause plaque build up in your veins. Which causes high blood pressure, eventually will cause a stroke or heart attack. Hey Bobby, you are mistaken on how ghee is traditionally made. You can research about this but as an Indian, we don’t make the ghee from butter. Ghee is traditionally made from the cream of milk, especially in Indian cuisine. The process involves simmering the cream until the moisture evaporates and the milk solids separate, resulting in a clarified fat with a rich flavor and aroma. This method preserves the nutritional qualities and distinctive taste of ghee. When ghee is made from butter, it often loses some of those nuanced flavors and can take on a less desirable texture and taste. Butter contains more water and milk solids, which can lead to a less pure product when clarified. In contrast, ghee made from cream has a more complex flavor profile, making it preferred in many culinary traditions.

The only drawback for me was the price. Very expensive. I see recipes online about making your own infused EVOO but I am at a loss on which EVOO to start with so it minimizes the grassy, peppery taste. Would love to see you do some videos on this subject.
Costco also sells a pure olive oil from Italy and they come in a box delivered 3 1liter sealed cans that are DOP the name is Civita . Then I fill my dark glass bottles. Also it should kept in a dark cool place!

Different products from different Costco town locations
Love all the olive oil recommendations/choices but non of the ones with the stamp are Organic? Are there any that are Organic you can recommend please.
I love watching bobby approved videos
Look forward to his videos weekly 😅❤
Olive oil in plastic at our Costco…… could not find Ghee either. I live in Meridian, Idaho.
Thank you for fantastic advice, I need to know Costco organic eggs are good or bad, ❤
There is no difference between organic and non-organic meat , eggs and diary products
@@Evershine20 Source?
Thank bobby.
But those olive oils aren't organic. Does that matter?
Yes it does
@@antjee Yet Bobby continues to recommend the non-organic one. Wonder why? Perhaps the organic one isn't single source?
I wanted to thank you for all the knowledge I absorbed since I found your channel ❤❤❤
Thank you for the insight of what’s is good 👍🏼 been using your app to do my groceries and been learning a lot 👍🏼☺️
So many olive oils there. We don’t have any of those here in Northern California Cosco besides the plastic container one
I think it’s demand n preference customers ..
Bobby needs to review the kirkland brand water.
I want to order my groceries on line. Who has the best groceries to order from? I’m talking healthy food.
Whole Foods? They don't allow certain artificial things in their store...lots of organic but more expensive - I don't find their organic produce that much more expensive than regular grocery store and in general tastes better and lasts longer (fresher than organic in regular grocery store that doesn't sell as much).
Respectful from Japanese students in Tokyo,
Dear Me.Bobby,
we are so grateful
For your hard working for Giving the same information
We would like you to give The world about the safety of almost ingredients of spices
for making curry .
There are 5 to 10 Kinds of spices which are squeezed to be powder and packed and sell .
We r so afraid that
All of these spices powder are really genuine material from the 100 percent of chilli, turmeric, curry powder, cumin and other kinds or not ,
Or they mix up with other seem to get more and more profit?
Did they mix with something inside?
As you know ,
Majority of these spices come from India , Pakistan
And we are legally have difficult to believe them.
Could you please help our humanities to know the truth
About what really be put inside these spices
And sell into the market ?
Can find at Seattle Costco?
Bobby, have you thought of opening up your own chain of supermarkets called Bobby approved? I would so go there this way I wouldn’t have to hunt around all different markets for good products!
😂😅😂😅
Bobby, I just saw a video of cows, lined up in metal feeding stalls, with a large truck dumping grass into their feeding troughs. Is there labeling to indicate free rage cattle? I thought grass fed meant free range. I feel hoodwinked! 😢
America has such a large amount of farming quality land yet farmers / corporations are hell bent on packing animals together with little to no room.
@@revemb4653 There isn't enough land in the USA for strictly grass fed.
If that's troubling, look up what cage free, free range eggs are, free range is 1 square foot space!
they were dairy cows, not steak
@@theoriginalbridgetconnnors Yes there is
I reached 250 thousand dollars invested, it took me 2 years, last month I received 30 thousand only in dividends. Only with believers. This month it will be 40,000 and so on, in the next few years it will be 500 thousand in the year alone in Bitcoin ETFs and other dividend yields. What took me 2 years to invest, I will have in 1 Year
I'm thinking of getting into investing but feel a bit lost and confused. Any friendly advice or contacts you recommend for guidance?
It's a wise idea to seek expert advice when you're setting up an investment portfolio because it can be a bit complicated.
Getting advice & guidance from financial experts like
Tracy Britt Cool Consulting to adjust your investment is a wise move.
So you guys also familiar with her? Whoa! She is amazing and the reason my spouse and I possess our own home and car
I don’t trust the word “upcycled” on a food label, at all. Sounds like a slick way to market something that is old or too inferior to just be listed as regular oat protein or corn.
How many carbohydrates are in the pasta. I’m trying to cut carbs
Make Ghee and use it. Its fantastic.
Thankyou!
Recorded horizontally:)
"what does upcycled mean?" thank you hahaha I'm hoping some of this will come to my costco on the east coast
Bobby, recently, many cocoa powder brands are found to be high in heavy metals even the organic ones. I have been consuming the Rodelle cocoa powder in Costco, and it is Bobby approved. Do you know its heavy metal content?
So none of these items are in our Costco…….
