@@CH51234 They didn't add it to the screen. Its a mod that you can download on PC that actually makes this happen in the game. If you use any of the forbidden spells, the mod makes this happen. If you die within that time limit, you get spawned to the prison. The only thing that sucks about this mod, is when it happens and you do get sent to the prison that's a complete game over, because there is no way of escaping or leaving the prison so you have to start a brand new game.

Considering WB games has hinted to a sequel, i really hope they do add a justice/moral system and give some decent content to players who want to take an dark/evil path in the games
@@question7615it won’t be 10 years. The beauty of a sequel is that they don’t have to build the map all over again. With so much of the map and assets easily reused in a sequel, the work would really be focusing on writing of the story and adding new gameplay mechanics. Of course they will expand the map but it won’t take as long unless they are literally doubling the map size.

The Killing Curse in this game seems much more humane than the other ways you can kill enemies in the game: - burning them to death with "Incendio" - using "Bombarda" - using "Ancient Magic" (summoning a lightning strike, which lets enemies explode into thousand pieces or smashing your enemies against the ground multiple times) If you have to kill an enemy at least make it a quick and painless death. All the other methods look like torture to me :P

I think a morality system would work so well honestly. The soul is such a core component of Harry Potter lore that the idea of the soul decaying as you do more evil acts makes so much sense. Having new paths that open for you when you hit a certain level of morality. Spells that become available as well. (I.e. avada kedavra for one, maybe patronus charms etc on the other. In lore, Voldemore cant cast a patronus bc he doesnt have any happy memories)
In megaman legends the character literally gets to a dark shade of blue/gray (startpoint being a bright normal blue) when you're constantly being rude and kicking animals. It also affects some dialogue. This idea compliments well with the state of the soul. Goddamnit. Why can't we have epic games that aren't trying to be cookie cutter safe.

That is a PERFECT way to implement a morality system. Some options are grayed out, and the PC takes some choices automatically if you become too evil _or_ good. It's even better if the PC automatically does something horrible to a really likeable character.
They should do a DLC where you have to go to azkaban for a mission invoving more ancient magic and there's a breakout and the dementors go crazy and you have to learn the patronous charm and depending on if you turned sebastian in or not he could help you out as an inmate
Sebastian could help you out of mutual interest but then at the end of the DLC betray you and try to kill you for turning him in leading to a final boss fight with him
Or if you Sold him when used the Killing Curse out you have to Confront your Ol' Pal & Battle him on Azkaban Ground's, sorta like what happened in Star wars Episode III when Obi-wan went to Mustafar to Stop Anakin,(Different Franchise but plotline Similar), Depending on your Decsion.

Adding a GTA rating-style element would be massive. They could give players who've racked up stars the opportunity to continue playthrough without the storyline no longer making sense by activating a time turner when they've managed to escape "cops" ie. teachers attacking them to go back in time and reverse what they did.
They could add many elements of bully into this game too, I wanted to feel more like I was in actual school, like pranks between students, more individuality between houses, etc
It's the stupidest thing, they wanted to make it like an ultimate skill from every other rpg but avada kedavra isn't a unique spell. It doesn't feel special, any high skilled wizard can use it the only thing prevents them is their moral. Shouldve make a special ancient magic as the "ultimate" spell.

I think a morality system would work so well honestly. The soul is such a core component of Harry Potter lore that the idea of the soul decaying as you do more evil acts makes so much sense.
Having new paths that open for you when you hit a certain level of morality. Spells that become available as well. (I.e. avada kedavra for one, maybe patronus charms etc on the other. In lore, Voldemore cant cast a patronus bc he doesnt have any happy memories)
Infamous 1 did this perfectly. I love the black veins and red lightning from Evil Cole.

In megaman legends the character literally gets to a dark shade of blue/gray (startpoint being a bright normal blue) when you're constantly being rude and kicking animals. It also affects some dialogue.

@hopefulstarfish7559 In Undertale, if you become murderous enough, the PC will start automatically killing people without giving the player a choice. That is a PERFECT way to implement a morality system. Some options are grayed out, and the PC takes some choices automatically if you become too evil _or_ good. It's even better if the PC automatically does something horrible to a really likeable character.

They should do a DLC where you have to go to azkaban for a mission invoving more ancient magic and there's a breakout and the dementors go crazy and you have to learn the patronous charm and depending on if you turned sebastian in or not he could help you out as an inmate
There's actually an exclusive mission to go to Azkaban if you are in Hufflepuff, each house have an exclusive mission
Sebastian could help you out of mutual interest but then at the end of the DLC betray you and try to kill you for turning him in leading to a final boss fight with him
Or if you Sold him when used the Killing Curse out you have to Confront your Ol' Pal & Battle him on Azkaban Ground's, sorta like what happened in Star wars Episode III when Obi-wan went to Mustafar to Stop Anakin,(Different Franchise but plotline Similar), Depending on your Decsion.

Panicking, the teachers Apparated into the hallway where the curse had come from, wands in hand, ready to subdue the attacker. Only to their horror, they found the perpetrator to be one of their own students, standing over the limp body of his classmate with the tip of his wand still glowing green. For a brief moment, the professors of Hogwarts were frozen in shock at the scene they found, unable to believe that one of their own pupils would commit such an atrocity. Surely this was a mistake, right?
Then the boy turned to face them. They expected to see a look of fury, or horror, or remorse, or anything at all, but instead the boy's expression was completely empty. His eyes were cold and hard as pebbles, and he barely even blinked when he saw his professors standing there.
Sharp had seen that look before, in his days as an Auror. Usually the madmen he dealt with burned harsh with rage, consumed in their desire to inflict destruction around them. But some were cold and empty, able to cast the Killing Curse with as much effort as it took to swat a fly, for there was no emotion to get in the way of their desire to end someone's life with a single spell. This boy... he'd never seen one so young with that look.
The boy raised his wand, his lips beginning to form those cursed words again, and Sharp snapped back to reality. Student or not, the boy must be stopped from killing anyone else. Even if it cost his life...
What happens after you end up imprisoned in Azkaban? Do they eventually release you or you have to restart from the last checkpoint?
Was wondering the same. I sort of like the 'dead-end' idea though, maybe with meals delivered twice a day, but nothing else happens.

Adding a GTA rating-style element would be massive. They could give players who've racked up stars the opportunity to continue playthrough without the storyline no longer making sense by activating a time turner when they've managed to escape "cops" ie. teachers attacking them to go back in time and reverse what they did.
They could add many elements of bully into this game too, I wanted to feel more like I was in actual school, like pranks between students, more individuality between houses, etc
You can just change your brooms color to get rid of cops I mean teachers

It's the stupidest thing, they wanted to make it like an ultimate skill from every other rpg but avada kedavra isn't a unique spell. It doesn't feel special, any high skilled wizard can use it the only thing prevents them is their moral.
Shouldve make a special ancient magic as the "ultimate" spell.
