I don't think this is fake, but you dont need that random inductor and this cant put out 3 amps like you said in the title because the first page of the datasheet says that it can only do up tu 1.5Amps

mobile ko charge me laggaane pr ic bahut hi heat ho jaata hai ,,,load par,,,,,heat sink lagaane ke bawjood bhi,,,,,aur very slow charge bhi hota h....fail circuit.
