Hello everyone! I’ve been doing this workout for 8 days and I’ve already lost 4 centimetres in waist! But I also follow diet, do vacuum in the mornings and a little cardio (mb 15 mins jumping with a rope or dance workout maximum ) + I do her booty workout and you can see a really huge difference in a week! But remember that everybody’s bodies are different. Be patient, stubborn and consistent! I will update because I’m continuing doing this for sure
@@Cloverolic that can happen because these videos don't explain how to do the moves properly. I'd recommend some pilates and workouts because they focus all on control and stability and usually describe exactly how and where you should be feeling. Not just rapid fir workouts.
i have been doing intense abs workouts since 13 and none of these gave me really a „pretty stomacht“ that i wanted but this workout is so goood & i have been doing this for 4 days & i see results
@@nouralkayal3173 so i am 5‘4(163cm) and i weight before working out 56kg and after doing this workout + another slim waist(daisy keech) & thigh (lena snow 20min~) workout 49kg. I had a really boxy body shape but now i have an hourglass shape & my waist is 64cm and before it was 72cm. But i have an Ed so i try to eat 3 meals a day. That doesn’t mean you have to eat 3 or less meals a day. You can pretty much eat normaly!!

I did this workout before sleep a year ago and the next morning when I woke up, my stomach was literally so flat like I couldn't believe it! I continued doing it for a long time and the results were crazy! Then I lost the video and never ever a workout has worked on me at all! It works guys!! I ve been doing this workout for a month, pairing with running/walking 3 times a week and other exercises. I am already a skinny girl so weigh doesnt really matter, but my body seems toner and in good shape and i feel more confident to wear clothes like short skirt and croptop Consistency is key!! Be patient and follow a healthy diet
@@rkiveeeesthat’s not okay…!!😭 I think you should find a video to learn how to do the exercises because you might not be doing them correctly which can lead to back pain!!!
I have been doing this exercise 6 days a week for 3 weeks now. Although I didn’t actually lose any inches off my waist, but the exercise did help contour my waist to make it look smaller and my stamina improved! I am grateful to dadacafe and I will incorporate diet to help me shred inches off my waist.
day 1 : feel good - dont see a difference obviously day 2: done - doesn't hurt as much today day 3: feel abit sore but managed to get it done day 4: less sore, easier to do. day 5: way easier to finish but the up and down plank is so hard to do

I'm going to do this ab workout along with another ab workout and thigh workout before i have to go to school meaning that i have 15 days to glow up Day1- Was very hard but i am glad that i made it through DAY2- I didn't get to do the workout but I got a lot of steps in day3-Done and I'm seeing so.e changes in my tummy. My waist has gotten a bit smaller day4-same as yesterday but my thighs have gotten a bit smaller day5- i didn't workout bc I didn't have any motivation day6

I never sweat this much even with my workouts that I do along with this one. It’s so intense I was shaking throughout the whole workout. If you want to challenge your core this is the workout for you.
30 DAY CHALLENGE. Day 1: did it, even though some exercises were harder then the other one's I still enjoyed doing the exercise. Day 2: forgot to update yesterday, but I did do it and I did not enjoy it at all but still got it done. I have had a lot of experience with ab workouts but this one challanged me a lot more than I expected. I really felt the burn and I definitly reccomend this to anyone looking for something more challanging.

Je vais essayer de suivre ces exercices tout les jours pour mon summer body haha :D pour avoir des petits abdos et un ventre plat !! Jour 1 : c’était plutôt difficile et très fatiguant ! Il y avait certains moments où je n’arrivais pas à faire les exercices jusqu’au bout… mais j’ai réussi à tenir ! Jour 2 : C’était très très difficile ! Ça faisait mal aux muscles donc à certains exercices je n’arrivais pas à les faire jusqu’au bout mais c’est normal car il ne sont pas habitués à un effort :0 Jour 3 : Je n’avait pas du tout mal ! Tout est passé comme de l’eau sur glace :D même si à certains exercices je commencé à être fatigué vers la fin de ceux là. Je commence a voir des résultats ! Jour 4 : Les exercices ont été réalisés très fluidement même si on sent une contraction vers l’abdomen pendant les exercices ! Mais malgré cela il y a 1-2 exercices avec lequels j’ai des difficultés Jour 5 : J’ai réussi à faire TOUT les exercices !! YEAYY !! Comme je ne sentais plus ce brulement au ventre j’ai décidé de suivre une autre vidéo en plus de celle-ci :) je vois des résultats avec un ventre moins gonflé et une petite définition des abdos :DDD Jour 6 : je l’ai est fait tranquillou et mon ventre est beaucoup moins gonflé ! Et aussi, plusieurs personnes de ma famille on remarquer les résultats que je peux ne pas forcément voir ! :D Jour 7 : Tout était easy la première fois ! OMG! I used to do chloe ting but I never finished, for once in my life I finished an abs workout. Disclaimer: I am doing intermittent fasting while doing this, so results may vary. I have been doing this workout and a workout (5 minute inner thigh workout) everyday exert Saturdays and have gotten great results I have gained weight but I appear much much slimmer you should definitely try this workout combo! ❤️💕

You look great but now you do these exercises to maintain your body and I feel some of the movements you do are a bit more relaxed! I do these type of exercises for a very long time and here are somes tip for someone who will do them for weight loss. If you are a begginer what she is doing is great but still, for a better execution and for a better posture of the exercise do this: when you do leg drops (scisors, flatters or any other type of leg drop movements) be sure to drop your legs more than she does, you will feel it stronger like that, when doing russian twist, be sure to lift your feet from the ground and twist your torso more, for bicycle crunch, be sure that your feet are parallel to your upper body when their are up in the air otherwise you will feel pain in your back, also try to do the moves syncronized, it will give you more feeling, heel touch - work your ab muscles don't just drag your body on the mat, you have to lift your sholders for a bit and bend your hips to touch your heel. ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT YOUR BACK IS FLAT ON THE MAT OTHERWISE YOU RISK TO GET INJURED AND ALWAYS ENGAGE YOUR CORE. IF YOU DON'T ENGAGE YOUR CORE, YOU WON'T FEEL THE BURN AND YOU WON'T GET RESULTS!

I would recommend you to continue eating everything but in small portions. Don't restring yourself you not necessarily have to starve. Just reduce your portions and eat between foods (snacks). And also if you feel like eating something sweet after eating your food, instead of eating a dessert try with a fruit.

I did this workout before sleep a year ago and the next morning when I woke up, my stomach was literally so flat like I couldn't believe it! I continued doing it for a long time and the results were crazy!
Then I lost the video and never ever a workout has worked on me at all!

It works guys!! I ve been doing this workout for a month, pairing with running/walking 3 times a week and other exercises. I am already a skinny girl so weigh doesnt really matter, but my body seems toner and in good shape and i feel more confident to wear clothes like short skirt and croptop

I have been doing this exercise 6 days a week for 3 weeks now. Although I didn’t actually lose any inches off my waist, but the exercise did help contour my waist to make it look smaller and my stamina improved! I am grateful to dadacafe and I will incorporate diet to help me shred inches off my waist.

day 3: feel abit sore but managed to get it done
day 4: less sore, easier to do.
day 5: way easier to finish but the up and down plank is so hard to do

Day1- Was very hard but i am glad that i made it through
DAY2- I didn't get to do the workout but I got a lot of steps in
day3-Done and I'm seeing so.e changes in my tummy. My waist has gotten a bit smaller
day4-same as yesterday but my thighs have gotten a bit smaller

Day 1: did it, even though some exercises were harder then the other one's I still enjoyed doing the exercise.
Day 2: forgot to update yesterday, but I did do it and I did not enjoy it at all but still got it done.
Day 3: today I enjoyed it more then the other days I will be taking a picture at the end of each week to see if my body is making any progress.

Jour 1 : c’était plutôt difficile et très fatiguant ! Il y avait certains moments où je n’arrivais pas à faire les exercices jusqu’au bout… mais j’ai réussi à tenir !
Jour 2 : C’était très très difficile ! Ça faisait mal aux muscles donc à certains exercices je n’arrivais pas à les faire jusqu’au bout mais c’est normal car il ne sont pas habitués à un effort :0
Jour 3 : Je n’avait pas du tout mal ! Tout est passé comme de l’eau sur glace :D même si à certains exercices je commencé à être fatigué vers la fin de ceux là. Je commence a voir des résultats !
Jour 4 : Les exercices ont été réalisés très fluidement même si on sent une contraction vers l’abdomen pendant les exercices ! Mais malgré cela il y a 1-2 exercices avec lequels j’ai des difficultés
Jour 5 : J’ai réussi à faire TOUT les exercices !! YEAYY !! Comme je ne sentais plus ce brulement au ventre j’ai décidé de suivre une autre vidéo en plus de celle-ci :) je vois des résultats avec un ventre moins gonflé et une petite définition des abdos :DDD
Jour 6 : je l’ai est fait tranquillou et mon ventre est beaucoup moins gonflé ! Et aussi, plusieurs personnes de ma famille on remarquer les résultats que je peux ne pas forcément voir ! :D
Jour 7 : Tout était easy la première fois ! Mais comme maintenant je fais les exercices de cette vidéo 2x plus une autre ça devient un peut plus compliqué ;-; Chaque jour je vois de plus en plus de résultats !
Jour 8 : je me suis reposé
Jour 9 : je ressens un meilleur brulement au ventre au bout de la 1 ère fois en en plus je fait un autre exercice qui va me creuser la taille

Woah I’m kinda used to ab workouts but it’s been a while since I’ve found one that really burns, and burns good!!
updating everything for a week to start off (im doing another workout right now, the other is a breast reduction workout) i also do not diet etc..
also for educational purposes i am 14 yo and i weigh around 120-125 ibs
Day 1: ✔️ done both workouts
i can tell its working and its a pretty good workout hurts a little bit

not too much of a change but i can tell its more thin/toned there pretty good so far👍 (quick little update i added another ab workout to today made me bit more curvy than toned)
Day 3: ✔️ done both workouts with an additional 2 workouts😸 this workout has definitely become easier also didnt see much change today but im gonna trust the process👍
Day 4: ✔️ done (i missed 2 days of workout😭 so today im gonna do this workout 3 times) finished the workout became easier still only thing that trips me up is the planks 😭 but im VERY proud of myself also if your thinking about doing this workout i highly recommend it, i see alot of change since day one to today (by picture) and it looks more curved plus flat and i will continue with the workout until i get my dream body🫶🏼

La rutina SI funciona, llevo un mes haciéndola y veo pequeños resultados, y digo pequeños por que ya podría ver resultados del todo pero NO ES ASÍ, por que cometi el error más tonto y obvio que existe, y fue hacer la rutina TODOS LOS DÍAS, probablemente ya lo sepan, pero el ejercicio necesita descansos chicos, y si quieren ver resultados tienen que dejar a su cuerpo reponerse con el descanso, ya que es en ESE momento de reposo que ciertas zonas comienzan a definirse, por favor, no sean como yo y se vuelvan obsesivos, DESCANSAR ESTA BIEN, y les va a dar resultados más rápidos, hablo como persona que padece un TCA, en serio, por favor, sean constantes y descansen. Haganlo diariamente y les prometo que van a ver resultados, solo no se rindan, sigan, no es mágico, para nada, pero les prometo que vale la pena. 🤍

162, 56kg and 14 years old.
Goal: 50kg.
Im dieting, and i ride the bicycle a lot also.
Day1:✅️, I was soo tired, i could endure everything only half of the 30 seconds.
Day2: ❌️ Went to shop, and didnt do it. I walked lots of steps tho🤷♀️
Day3:✅️ No motivitation but still did it!
Day4:✅️I started liking this work out! Its really fun and im liking this challenge.
Day5: ❌️ Too much homework and tired😭
Day6:✅️ its getting easier and easier to endure it!! Im also keeping track of what i eat and, eat protein bars sometimes.
Day 7:❌️ too sleepy no energy to do it.
Day8:✅️ im seeing lots of results, my bellyfat is reducing a lot!!!

1 - i did it yesterday and i already see results
2 - it was not that hard as yesterday , i dont do any type of diet i only eat when i am hungry and i crave a lot of chocolates and i ate breakfast which has low calories and i have cheat days and yet i eat whatever i want !
Does this help with all of the areas on the stomach, like lower abs, too?

You look great but now you do these exercises to maintain your body and I feel some of the movements you do are a bit more relaxed!
I do these type of exercises for a very long time and here are somes tip for someone who will do them for weight loss. If you are a begginer what she is doing is great but still, for a better execution and for a better posture of the exercise do this: when you do leg drops (scisors, flatters or any other type of leg drop movements) be sure to drop your legs more than she does, you will feel it stronger like that, when doing russian twist, be sure to lift your feet from the ground and twist your torso more, for bicycle crunch, be sure that your feet are parallel to your upper body when their are up in the air otherwise you will feel pain in your back, also try to do the moves syncronized, it will give you more feeling, heel touch - work your ab muscles don't just drag your body on the mat, you have to lift your sholders for a bit and bend your hips to touch your heel. ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT YOUR BACK IS FLAT ON THE MAT OTHERWISE YOU RISK TO GET INJURED AND ALWAYS ENGAGE YOUR CORE. IF YOU DON'T ENGAGE YOUR CORE, YOU WON'T FEEL THE BURN AND YOU WON'T GET RESULTS!

I would recommend you to continue eating everything but in small portions. Don't restring yourself you not necessarily have to starve. Just reduce your portions and eat between foods (snacks). And also if you feel like eating something sweet after eating your food, instead of eating a dessert try with a fruit.
