    День 3: сделала один подход вечером✅️
    День 4: сделала один подход вечером✅️
    5 день: сделала один подход✅️
    6 день: сделала два подхода вечером✅️
    7 день: сделала один подход✅️
    8 день: сделала один подход✅️
    9 день: сделала один подход✅️
    10 день: пропуск❌️
    11 день: сделала один подход✅️
    12 день: сделала один подход✅️
    13 день: пропуск❌️
    14 день: пропуск❌️
    Я иногда забывала обновлять комментарий, но тренировку продолжала.
    Итоги:
    Вес: 55 кг
    Ляшки: 55 - 54 см
    Талия: 65 см
    Икры: 36 см
    Результат хороший, диету не соблюдала во время тренировки, но вместе с ней делала ещё одну треню на ноги(она была коротка и не сложная), ходила по 7-10 тыс.шагов в день

      @@_Turkey_5555, смотря с какого веса. но так то можно. главное не забывать про спорт т.к. может начать обвисать кожа. а ещё массажи делать чтобы как можно меньше растяжек было. но лучше конечно же медленнее сбрасывать

    YALL OMG this is one of the best workouts I did this for I think 1 month and the results omggg my stomach is really flat I ain't joking you can do this start now and you won't regret it I'm telling you I took 1 day break every week IM SO HAPPPYYY YOU CAN DO IT TOOO btw if you stop doing it for 3 days at least you won't have fast results SO PLS BE PATIENT FOR THE RESULST

    이거 효과 제일좋아요. 폭식한날에 하루에 한개만 해줘도 배 쏙들어가고 복근라인도 잡혀요! 옆구리살 사라지는건 마찬가지고요
    이거 한다음 레인보우 플랭크 동작 30개씩 3세트 해줬는데 효과 겁나좋습니다. 식단까지하면 복근 2일만에 바로 생기는 효과 직빵 운동입니다👍

      ㅇㅈ 이거 진짜 대박입니다 컨디션 좋은 날은 2번하고 대부분 1번씩 했는데 일주일만 해도 배 접히는 삼겹살뱃살이 아예 없어짐 ㅜㅜ 추가로 다른 운동 하긴 했지만 이운동 효고ㅏ 덕도 큽니다....💗

    Honestly this is pretty easy yet impactful, it really does the work out so it's like minimal work but high effect. I hope i can do get those abs, please do a leg routine or tips how to get those slim legs like stretching and food!! Thank you i love you so much

      @@littlepineapple6010 I can say that this abs workout is all arounder but for lower part, I think you can add some moves, or you can keep the duration of the moves that work that part a bit longer because it seems to me that it might be a bit less. but I want to say again, i think this exercise is very good for especially beginners so just try and share with us!!!

    I loved this workout! I am a beginner and can do this, except the rainbow planks, but I keep trying! It would be great if you can do workout videos for legs and arms!

      me too! this is the only workout thats easy but you can really feel it burn. highly recommend

    I won't ever stop recommending this workout!! I always had a flat stomach, however last year I decided to workout to get abs. This was the only video I used for abs and I'm telling you they became very noticeable after 3 weeks of consistent exercising (I did this during summer so I had time to workout like six days a week). Then when autumn arrived I stopped being consistent, so they became a bit less visible, although im so thankful for muscle memory, cause I was able to make them reappear rlly fast. Now, the second summer Im 'maintaining' my abs, Im still using this video

    Doing this workout for two weeks or more
    Day 1: ✅ the exercises seem so easy, thought it doesn’t burn so much but my stomach after that workout was so sore. But the pain in my stomach was worth it
    Day 2: ✅ I feel like it‘s kinda easier do to now because on day 1, I couldn’t do some exercises but today I made all the exercises and didn’t give up!
    Day 3: ✅ same as yesterday but the exercises are getting kinda easier day by day !
    Day 4: ❌ couldn’t do this because I was not feeling well
    Day 5: ✅ saw little results
    Day 6: ✅ completed
    (Gonna edit this tomorrow!)

    제가 원래 완전 통허리에 탄력없는 배였거든요 허허,, 근데 허리 라인이 s라인으로 바뀐 거 이쬬 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 그리고 배도 아직은 근육이 막 보이진 않지만 탄력있고 희미하게 11자 복근이 보이는 정도 입니다 !!!! 이 운동 처음에만 힘들지 계속하다보면 익숙해져서 괜찮아요 😊!! 저는 앞으로도 꾸준히 할 생각입니다 😆 마지막으로 이 영상 만들어주신 하지님 너무 감사합니다 ㅠㅜ🥰🥰
