Sith: “finally, I have found a sith holocron and I will become the most feared sith of all time!” Opens holcron Holocron: “hi, I’m Darth Vectovus, and welcome to economics 101...”
"Money can be a powerful ally of the darkside. . . but first invest in crypto." Yes, Vectvus was the first Crypto-bro Sith. ;) Or worse yet, the Entire Sith thing is just a Multi-Level Marketing Scheme.
Actually you don't have to be sensitive to the Force to open a Holocron, you just need training. The cultist Yupe Tashu wasn't force sensitive and he was able to open a Sith Holocron.
Until they State what holocron it is / who made that holocron this shall be my headcanon. Besides, I'm less inclined to take it seriously if they are willing to say what holocron it isn't but not which / who's holocron it is.
They were mentioned in Star Wars: Uprising, a game that is sadly unplayable due to the servers being shut down. However, everything mentioned in the game is still canon. Below is a direct quote from Wookieepedia on all we know on the Zann Consortium. (This is the entire wiki page, that's how little we know.) "The Zann Consortium was a crime syndicate that was active during the Galactic Civil War. The Consortium was at odds with the Black Sun. Because of the Iron Blockade, certain Zann operatives became trapped in the Anoat sector and cut off from communication from their leaders. That situation, however, did not prevent those operatives from continuing with their racketerring, especially against those who once traded with the Black Sun."
4:33 + Wasn't it Lord Kaan that used the "thought bomb" at the Battle of Ruusan (idk if spell't correctly) that destroyed all participating Sith and Jedi under Lord Hoth? to which, Darth Bane was the sole survivor?
I'd like to start reading all the books to start learning more about both the canon and legends universe because I find your videos so interesting, but which order do you recommend I read them in? Where do I start?
It depends: what era are you most interested in, do you like graphic novels more than books, or do you prefer to read things chronologically? Do you prefer stories on the Jedi and the Sith, none-screen characters, or do you like the main cast from the films? I would say just pick up a book and look for the Star Wars timeline in the back or front. It has a list of most of the novels in chronological order to help you make a selection. It doesn't mention the junior novels though and there is a wide variety of them as well. Two which I think you might like are Jedi Apprentice and Jedi Quest. It also doesn't mention the graphic novels, which in my opinion have some of the best stories found in comics and in Star Wars. My top 5 favorites are Dark Horse's Rebellion, Republic, Empire, Clone Wars, and Knights of the Old Republic series, but there is also Tales of the Jedi, Legacy, tons of Boba Fett miniseries, Jango Fett miniseries, Mara Jade miniseries, and more. I would say read anything of Timothy Zahn's, James Luceno's, and Kevin J. Anderson's. Those three authors really set the stage on how to make good Star Wars books. Good luck!
Solid list!!! The holocrons are my favorite examples of Star Wars technology. Too bad Canon history hasn't dug any ground yet for the construction of holocrons, but glad Legends has deep knowledge on it for the time being. Maybe I'll craft my OWN Sith or Jedi holocron. Anyway, keep IT up! #MTFBWY
Kolbein of Holmr I believe they are too much on the fance, like Pablo said it is the same as "grey vegetarian, who is a vegetarian but eat some meat, or a grey cop, that does not shoot"... I do not mean to say that it is plain stupid but people take it too much farther creating codes and everything when the Je'Daii order was right there in legends alongside the frist coloquial concept of grey being the ones that operate out of the Jedi dogmas... the rest is a little too much
While less specific in their nature and ignoring the holocron of Ergast that taught the inquisitor force walking, Atris herself had a number of sith holocrons that over time corrupted her slightly with the frontal push being from Kreia, and I'm sure there were a number of artifacts in swtor that were holocrons. As I said they're not as important but still worth a brief mention.
Tulak Hord has a holocron in the tomb of Marka Ragnos and a dashade in the tomb of Naga Sadow. Just one of many examples where SWTOR is sadly just messing around
Why do people keep saying bane got inspiration for the rule of two from revans holocron. The only thing revan said to bane that even fits with the rule of two is that a master shouldn't have more than one apprentice something bane already agreed with.
it was mentioned in "the book of sith". its said that the jedi order possessed a cloaked fake spying device and that it was i n possession of, i guess, darth sidious
If you want informations about Sorzus Syn holocron or XoXaan holocron, or anyone else, go to my special dark side dedicated Instagram profile : Korriban_Sith, I speak about all known holocrons and the story of their creators, and about other sith artifacts...
In Legends, Humans originated on Coruscant. The reason humans are seen on so many planets are actually threefold; the first, is that compared to other species, humans breed like crazy. We're like rabbits in Star Wars. Second, we're the most adaptable as a species. We're not a "species of hats" like the others are; individual humans can have different attributes compared to other humans, where as other species, while not exactly alike, are more likely to have similar attributes as others of their species, barring training and education, of course. And the last one is the restraints of film making. It's much faster and cheaper to just put a human in a costume than it is to put a lot of prosthetics and body paint on a human actor, and it's far more comfortable as well. Due to this, humans in Star Wars are the dominant species, though, with CGI at its current level, they can make more varied individuals in the movies than they could even in 1999. And with video games and animation, it's much easier to create aliens than it is in live action.
Kolbein of Holmr No it doesn't lol.90% of Legends are great stories. And the characters being more powerful was great, the movies always portrayed the force weaker than it should be.The books for the movies do a way better job
telling the truth now: Legends had a lot of great stuff and the mess and bad part that people think the most is the same part that legends fans don't like: the post episode 6 superweapons and clones, the clone wars details erros, etc... To be honest all the closed eras (like the old republic, the rebellion, etc) are well written and connected, and the "mess" was in some contradictions that had retcons to help. People need to hate less on legends like they hate less on the new canon and enjoy it's parts (sorry for my spelling)
Sith: “finally, I have found a sith holocron and I will become the most feared sith of all time!”
Opens holcron
Holocron: “hi, I’m Darth Vectovus, and welcome to economics 101...”
"Money can be a powerful ally of the darkside. . . but first invest in crypto." Yes, Vectvus was the first Crypto-bro Sith. ;) Or worse yet, the Entire Sith thing is just a Multi-Level Marketing Scheme.
So that's the source of Darth Plagious the Wise financial advisors wisdom!
Actually you don't have to be sensitive to the Force to open a Holocron, you just need training. The cultist Yupe Tashu wasn't force sensitive and he was able to open a Sith Holocron.
he was talking about some holocron in legends, I assume... this info that you wrote is new canon
Devin Williams he's the dude from Aftermath right?
LegendOfRian He is, you can even see him in episode VI I think
Pietro Pietro dawg I gotta go watch em all now and check cos I can't just watch RotJ and not watch the others lol
I swear they could make a stand alone movie on like some of these canon comics. There is so much good content.
Whoa, whoa, whoa... there's a Star Wars version of the Terracotta Army? Can we get a video about that please?
That can actually be dethawed and used! Lol, hello from 7 years ago!
I'm sold that the one in rebels is Darth Treia (dash star convinced me)
It is not Traya sadly. Pablo Hidalgo confirmed that.
Shadowstriker :(
Of course it's not.
Because they haven't lied to hide big reveals in the past.
Until they State what holocron it is / who made that holocron this shall be my headcanon. Besides, I'm less inclined to take it seriously if they are willing to say what holocron it isn't but not which / who's holocron it is.
What about the holocrons in KoTOR 2? We don't know much about them but It would have worth a mention.
I would love to know more about the secret army of sith troopers
Would love a video about the techno beasts. I haven't had time to look into them and only encounter them in bane book 2.
I also really want to see a cononical version of the Zann Consortium
Well the organisation itself is Canon, but we don't know any information about them yet in the Canon.
DarkraiNewmoon wait? It's canon?
Where is information on such a thing?
Leaving a comment

4:44 Wait, isn't it pronounced "tee-los"? It's named after the planet in KOTOR 2 right?
no, it's "tea loss"
Can you do a video on the carbonite sith army?
Is the Sith temple thing on Malachor IV in Rebels supposed to represent the shadow mass generator?
If you have to be hit with Force Lightning in order to use it, how was it discovered?
Rebels season 4 hype! :D
Just a few months away.
Mit Whit Gaming Not even a few months, just one!
Mit Whit Gaming U wingss!!!
Yes also Rebels season 3 is Out August 29th Then Force Friday I Love Star Wars
Mit_Whit Gaming_ Rebels still wont be as good as clone wars TV show though....
Eval Jenius Star Wars the Clone Wars is my favorite TV show of all time, but I still love Rebels.
Could you do video about all Jedi holocrons?
Anyone play SWTOR? If you played the last chapter of KOTET you'll know what Holocron I'm talking about. That sequence was cool.
can you please make a video about the great hyperspace war?
I love any and every information about the Sith!!
Could you do a video about Jedi holocron?
4:33 + Wasn't it Lord Kaan that used the "thought bomb" at the Battle of Ruusan (idk if spell't correctly) that destroyed all participating Sith and Jedi under Lord Hoth? to which, Darth Bane was the sole survivor?
Kaiden Flynn Yah.
Bane told Kaan how to use the thought bomb and manipulated Kaan into using it
LOVEEEEEE VIDEO ABOUT THE HOLOCRONS
love all these facts about te star wars universe, so much never ending content, awesome video!
aurebesh at1:44 says power and fear the earlier text on the other holocron is untranslatable

Grand Admiral Thrawn ok awesome, thanks for the help, I think I'm gonna get started on some googling later and search for some of those titles.
Read the Thrawn trilogy (Legends) first
Holocron + robotic body = resurrection.
#MTFBWY
Sith > Jedi
Domenic Varrati Grey Jedi > Both
I agree with Pablo Hidalgo about the grey jedi stuff... it never made any sense and if anything the Je'Daii were far better constructed imo
Lucas Carvalho Why does it not make sense?
Kolbein of Holmr I believe they are too much on the fance, like Pablo said it is the same as "grey vegetarian, who is a vegetarian but eat some meat, or a grey cop, that does not shoot"... I do not mean to say that it is plain stupid but people take it too much farther creating codes and everything when the Je'Daii order was right there in legends alongside the frist coloquial concept of grey being the ones that operate out of the Jedi dogmas... the rest is a little too much
Domenic Varrati People murdering their families > People trying to protect the galaxy?
What did the new republic do with imperial loyal worlds?
While less specific in their nature and ignoring the holocron of Ergast that taught the inquisitor force walking, Atris herself had a number of sith holocrons that over time corrupted her slightly with the frontal push being from Kreia, and I'm sure there were a number of artifacts in swtor that were holocrons. As I said they're not as important but still worth a brief mention.
Next video about thrawns comlection of art?
What about the sith holocrons in Atris’ base on Telos?
What calendar system is used in canon? I can't imagine that they were using 19 BBY during the events of the clone wars.
There is also another Sith holocron in canon. There is one in Dryden Vos's office.
7:20 anyone can give me all the name please ?
I've always enjoyed legends sith holocrons. They are always cool.
Where does the canonical information about the second come from?
Do every Jedi holocron
Tulak Hord has a holocron in the tomb of Marka Ragnos and a dashade in the tomb of Naga Sadow. Just one of many examples where SWTOR is sadly just messing around
I thought the huge holocron Sidious had was from Moraband?
Can u do a outbound flight
Almost everything in Canon is sorely lacking compared to legends.
Well legends has been around for 30 years and the new canon just three so of course the new canon is sorely lacking content compared to legends.
Make a video on the ancient Sith academy on Umbara. It's from Clone Wars Adventures.
What about sith holocron in the jakku observatory?
I love the idea of a carbonate army. I hope we get a cannon version.
That is probably one of the most direct ways to learn about ancient Star Wars history.
how do you record information onto a holocron
Alexander Bilstien You have to give the holocron access to your camera...
Why some.imperials.have diferent colouts on their unifroms others have black grey etc tarkin in rebels has browm but in episode 4 grey
What about the holocron of Darth Andeddu?
Wow Thats alot of Forbidden Knowledge
Why do people keep saying bane got inspiration for the rule of two from revans holocron. The only thing revan said to bane that even fits with the rule of two is that a master shouldn't have more than one apprentice something bane already agreed with.
what about sorzus syns holocron ?
it was mentioned in "the book of sith". its said that the jedi order possessed a cloaked fake spying device and that it was i n possession of, i guess, darth sidious
If you want informations about Sorzus Syn holocron or XoXaan holocron, or anyone else, go to my special dark side dedicated Instagram profile : Korriban_Sith, I speak about all known holocrons and the story of their creators, and about other sith artifacts...
the lord of hunger's hilocron is probably all about eating..
1:55
T H O T
D E T E C T E D
The holocron housing the spirit of Lord Dramath is missing on the video
Play a loreplay series of The force unleash friday
He's doing that
maybe darth greaters holocron was like a prank. maybe he was like "heh heh who ever falls for this is stupid" lmao
3:18
The Sith malachor Holocron was destroyed wasn't it?
You have forgotten one in canon. In the book aftermath it shows up on Jakku and is thrown into the core
So, are holocrons like sd cards basically?
No Darth Vader or Sidious sith holocron ?Why ?
I hope New season 4 Star wars perfect I love it
Well no surprise a lot of Sith holocron were destroyed since the age of the old republic.
I think the female personality in the sith holocron is either Empress Vaylin or Darth Talon
Labyrinthian probably Talon she was Good
Absolutely not ! Talon is not Canon, and even if she was, she borned after that story... so it’s just impossible.
It doesn't look like the carbonite sith army was ever used i hope to see them in the canon timeline.
in solo there a sith holocron
So the holocrons is just the Star Wars version of a disk / drive
Where was Palpatine shown possession a Sith Holocron?
2 in canon, 100000000 in legends.
Barack Obama Well done.
Wait... Did you say Darth Scabbers?
It's Scabrous, not Scabbers.
Jedi holocron
You forgot valkorion's holocron from the old republic expansion
At that point he's technically not a Sith so that wouldn't count in the video
How else thinks darth krie is the voice of the the holocron if you don't know darth she in kotor 2
time of one sith ???????????????
starwars.wikia.com/wiki/One_Sith
Second
Third
Lol that wasn't a zabrak
First
Tom Schmidt you sure are
For example, if the Twi'leks are exclusively from Ryloth and gungans are from Naboo, then why do humans come from lots of planets and not just one?
In Legends, Humans originated on Coruscant. The reason humans are seen on so many planets are actually threefold; the first, is that compared to other species, humans breed like crazy. And with video games and animation, it's much easier to create aliens than it is in live action.
Rachel Smith in legends Humans originated from coruscant. They kept breeding and spreading like crazy.
In legends the human homeworld is widely believed to be Coruscant but some scientists believe Coruscant was too cold to be the homeworld of humans.
Also before the discovery of hyperspace by humans many were send on sleeper ships to colonise planets such as Alderaan.
Star wars legends was a mess. With mew characters becoming more powerful than the last, until it became rediculous...
+Hyperion How was it mess? Did you read any of it?
JediAcolyte22 Don't get me wrong Legends us some great stories but it is a mess and t does contain a lot of crap.
Kolbein of Holmr No it doesn't lol.90% of Legends are great stories. And the characters being more powerful was great, the movies always portrayed the force weaker than it should be.The books for the movies do a way better job
Revan to be fair the 10% that sucks is really bad ie Palpatine clones.
telling the truth now: Legends had a lot of great stuff and the mess and bad part that people think the most is the same part that legends fans don't like: the post episode 6 superweapons and clones, the clone wars details erros, etc... I wonder could we see more sith holocrons in episode 8 if Kylo goes to Darth vader's fortress in mustafar
