I took off my protector off for the same reason. It's been 1 year and it feels much smoother .

I love my Samsung phone (I've been using them for exclusively for the last decade or so) but they really need to get better about supplying repair parts! I've sold home appliances for over 6 years and that was the biggest problem with Samsung appliances! Any time someone needed one repaired, none of the shops in my city (more like the state of SC) had the parts needed to repair them! That reputation for being difficult to repair because of Samsung has definitely cost them appliance sales in my area.

I agree. This was the same thing I experienced while I was working in retail. Definitely bought that concern up but of course the corporate excuses were used to answer any concerns.

@@WIHRC Yep. It's crazy that they continue to do the same thing.

In malaysia.. specifically for samsung products is very rare to repair.. mostly ppl just bought new one.. i believe samsung purposely does that due to marketing and sale😅

I've also heard cases damage the screen protector on the crease, but I never had ones so I guess this theory is wrong

That would have to be a pretty specific kind of case for that too happen. Something that touched the actual screen protectors edges.

Seems like u break i fix could order the parts and have you bring the phone in when the parts arrive to fix the device. It's not reasonable to assume people can be without a phone for 5 weeks or longer.

My experience was with them also. I feel like each one of them has a different story to tell based on what Samsung sends them but my location stated that they weren't able to get parts from Samsung at all. All in all I do agree 5 weeks or even a week long without a device is unacceptable, especially when they've had time to map out their service offerings out.
