I forgot to mention there *is* one that’s a little cheaper (by Garnier) but it isn’t good and the Color left enough users with stains so this is my fav✨ it works every time ❤❤❤
i just watched your hair mask video LAST NIGHT and found out about hair glosses from you & ordered one. Now i wake up to this video 🙊 crazy coincidence
Alex all your videos are sooo educational there is never a dull moment here ❤I have learnt a lot from you since I came across your channel ❤ keep impacting Alex sky is the limit ❤
Never heard of hair gloss before but it looks really cool! If it lasts a couple washes and i wash my hair twice a week, how often would you say I’d probably use it? Like once a month? Twice?
If you use it, and inbetween use a nourishing mask a week or two after- I believe you could do this gloss once a month 🩷🥰 keep using your heat protectants/oils or whatever you enjoy in between as normal to keep your hair from damage/friction
I loved your hair. My hair color is light brown. If I use one of these products, my natural color will come back or I will have to use this always. My hair is virgin. Thank You 💕💕💕
Ive been thinking trying a hair gloss/glaze for a while now! The Glaze one you showed in the beginning is the one I see here in the UK mostly. I will get it, one for my daughter and another for me.
@@AlexandrasGirlyTalk Aaw, thankyou! I have watched you for years, I was so glad when you started posting again and now I have recommended you to my daughter too. She was never into the "girly" things as a teen and now as a young woman is looking to start taking care of her appearance more and dressing in a more feminine and elegant way. You were my first thought as a channel that could help her and guide her through that without the "influencer drama" and silly "hacks." A big sister if you like. Thanks again, your content is a great resource to dip into and I know she'll come to find you and your content a great resource. Wishing you all the best in life for 2024 and beyond!
Thank you so much for this I had no idea there were glosses like this, I mean I remember seeing something like this a while back but not really knowing if they work or if it was worth trying so I paid it no mind. I have to try this!❤
I’m a curly girl so I use L’Oréal’s lamellar wonder water every couple of washes and I’ll use the Kristen Ess glaze whenever I straighten my hair which is usually only once a month. I am in the market for a better gloss though
I'm thinking of trying the smokey bronde, cuz I've used the cool blonde and the silver, because my hair is naturally level 7 dirty blonde, and after removing dye it's blonde, but more like creamsicle orange/gold colour than yellow. The silver, which is the shade I'm trying to achieve, doesn't seem to be blue enough to cancel the gold.
I love your videos! Can you please do one on how to blow dry hair. I have 2c/3a hair and every time I blow dry my hair it looks good and then 20 mins later it starts getting frizzy and it doesn’t hold the bounce anymore. Any type of humidity makes my hair frizz! I also have a blow dry brush but it still doesn’t help smooth out my hair .. please help!
Omg you would love Dream Coat by Color wow. I used to have that problem too but this watery spray seals over the hair (it’s heat activated)! I’ll make a blowdry brush video 🩷🥰
Do recap: you say not to use any conditioner prior to treatment?... my hair tends to get very tangled wiyh only shampoo any suggestions? Maybe put conditioner first detangle then shampoo and then the gloss treatment??
Never thought a tinted hairgloss existed. I thought they were all just box dyes on the shop shelves. I never looked properly because i always go to a salon to dye my hair
If i have a more dirty/dark blonde and i wanted to have a more icy or just in general go lighter but less yellow which color of the treatment should i use if that’s possible?
that’s a great question 🩷 in this case, my brassy color was orangey enough to be a bit eye catching which is a reminder that it’s bleached/unnatural. when you add ash via toner or a color gloss like this one it neutralizes the orange and brings the overall hair color toward a neutral tone which looks more “naturally occurring” (even when it’s clear it’s been bleached)
ah ok i thought it was maybe because ashy was good but i saw other info where people didnt want to be ashy either for some reason so I was confused@@AlexandrasGirlyTalk
Same here. I've never tried any gloss before, so I can't speak for the effectiveness or if they're the same as the L'Oréal one, but people have mentioned these brands: Kristin Ess and Adore. And then there are the two brands she showed in the video: Glaze Hair and dpHue. I also found a brand called Paul Mitchell that has a "Color Depositing Treatment", which I assume does the same thing. Hope this helps.
I forgot to mention there *is* one that’s a little cheaper (by Garnier) but it isn’t good and the Color left enough users with stains so this is my fav✨ it works every time ❤❤❤
I never knew of hair gloss! I am so glad you posted this video! ❤
I have used the clear one 4 times. Absolutely incredible- shine, smooth, crazy good!
From which brand?
@@mimi3981I used Loreal clear
I like to use the clear hair dye by adore. It gives a lot of shine to the hair and it has protein in it!
Great tip!
A game changer! I do this ever 3-4 months. Makes a huge difference

For curly girls, hair gels are holy grail
You can tell she never wears her natural hair, otherwise there would be no way she'd ask if anyone used gel 🫤
What curl type do you have? And what gel do you like
I’m a curly girl and I use curl creams instead of hair gel, so I’m one who doesn’t do gel any more.
@@tonyaatteberryI m the same, gel has never worked for me but cream works great
Ew no, gel doesn't work my curls. Gel makes my curls frizzier, dryer, & more brittle. My hair seems to love oils & creams though!
I didn’t think curly girls could use gloss 😮 Something in your voice seems lighter in these past videos 🥰 wishing you and your family well ❤
Thank you for your sweet comment 😍🩷

Use anika flash shine mask. I have 3b hair it makes it REFLECT light.
Thanks Alexandra! I've always wanted a subtle shine.

Do you have any tips on hair growth, thickness, and volume? Your hair is goals!

Thx so much 🌟♥️
Can you do an updated hair cut video
Yes❤
please do a video on how you cut your own hair
i’ve been needing this. thank you ❤
Appreciate this! Have wanted to try a hair gloss but didn’t know of a good brand. Now I do!😊

I’m so excited for you ❤️🥰 please share any updates
Never heard of this.. I’ll definitely look for this and try it out❤❤❤
Do you condition after rinsing the hair gloss?
You have such incredible hair!!
So much and thick hait - I envy you 😅
It looks beautiful!! I have to try. Does it cover grays, I am guessing most likely not?!
Thank you ❤️🥰 the casting gloss by loreal is better for (gently) blending grays - this one wouldn’t be quite pigmented enough
You have so much hair. I wonder if it will work for my tighter curls. Also I use gel 😂 I think all women with tight curls 4a - 4b use gel

What shade or tone of gloss to use? You said you use an asher tone gloss. How do you recommend on goes about finding a shade?
I love this product use it all the time on my salt & pepper hair
Awesome! Does it add a tint to your color, or do you use clear?
I believe I have oily hair. Will this make it look oily?

Which brand of hair floss will give me the best shine please? ❤🤔
i purchased the oaui hair gloss what do you think of that one? also i have damaged bleached hair could i use olaplex no3 before this ? or no ?
Thank you 💕💕
how much of the bottle would you say you use at once then? the whole bottle?
Thank you! Love your videoes❤❤❤
Is this suitable for natural curly hair? Like no blowdrying or like keratine stuff. I dont want to lose my curl pattern.
I have pink and blue hair can I still use this?
Yes try the soft pink platinum or clear shade 🥰 clear gloss is amazing!
not in turkey 😭
Is it damaging for you if you get some on your scalp ? I have short hair.
If i have a more dirty/dark blonde and i wanted to have a more icy or just in general go lighter but less yellow which color of the treatment should i use if that’s possible?

y do u want it to go from brassy to ashy exactly? im new to hair colours

Does this work well on blonde lace wigs???
Certainly if the hair is clarified with shampoo first and it is a real human hair wig
2:05 where did you get your pink brush/detangler, pls?
It’s from Temu! It’s great because it’s flexible and it was less than $5
A apple cider vinegar rinse does a deep clean of all deposits before any color/gloss
Thank you for this tip. How do you do it? Just the appropriate water to ACV ratio and use it as a last rinse?
I love you🩷
Doesn’t work in curly hair. Made my hair stiff and tangled. Threw it away.
Of course people still use gel
Hey, does anyone have an alternative for the L’Oreal product?
🇵🇸 I have to boycott due to the genocide

You don’t need gloss you need an olaplex treatment that actually rebonds the hair. Hair glosses don’t repair and are a waste of money
I use k-18 and olaplex as well 🥰 they all have their uses
I use a clear gloss
Can you share the brand?
Which brand?
