    Please pray for me. I’m still trusting in God even though I’m struggling putting groceries in the refrigerator for my two children. My faith is what is getting me through my situation. I’m struggling to providing for my two autistic children since losing my job over declining the vaccine. I declined due to my pre existing health condition (Lupus) and Heart disease. I was denied my medical/religious exemption from Forsyth Hospital. My husband passed away three years ago, I’m a single mother. I’m all alone. Every month is a struggle, a battle to not end up on the streets. I’m so depressed and embarrassed by my situation. I’ve been put down and mocked because of my circumstances. BUT Even as I face homelessness with two young children. I know that God will carry me through and provide abundantly. Thank you Jesus thank you Heavenly Father.

      I thank you for your comment. I will keep you in my prayers. May God give you strength and protection.

      “fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.”

    I loved the music selection played at St. Paul’s. I am not a monarchist, but one things that I loved about Queen Elizabeth II is that she was unapologetically a Christian. She took her faith (much like her duty) very seriously. I know she was the Supreme Governor of the Church of England, but you could see the joy of the Lord in her life. 😊

    Yes, I know true Christianity is not found in the outward display of pomp and ceremony, but in the inner soul and spirit of a heart/life consecrated to God through the power of the Holy Spirit and faith in Jesus Christ, as the Bible says, "God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and truth" (John 4: 24). . But just as our hearts are raised to heights of praise, adoration and worship of the God of all glory, accompanied by the loud crescendo of the magnificent pipe organ and the resounding of voices ascending to the ceilings of some magnificent cathedral (i.e. St. Paul's or Westminister Cathedral ), so I feel it safe to say that the human mind/heart can only only wonder in awe and amazement at the unimaginable and incomprehensible pomp and ceremony that will accompany the worship by all the saints of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords in the the holy city, the New Jerusalem in all the fullness of His beauty, majesty, power and glory (Revelation 19 and 21). I, for one, am looking forward to it. I hope I will see you there.

      Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. She is not the Queen of England, there has been no Queen of England (or King) since 1707. The monarchies of England and Scotland were united in 1603, however, the kingdoms remained separate under one monarch until 1707 when the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland was formed in 1707 when the parliaments united.

    • @ds1868

      @@OrganMusicYT This is generally known. However most people, particularly Americans, refer to the Sovereign as the King or Queen of England. Of all the constituent nations of the United Kingdom, England is by far the most important. Some very well known English historians, most notably A.J.P.Taylor, refused to mention the United Kingdom and would only refer to England when discussing British history. Please note though the Acts of Union (1707) created Great Britain and Ireland, not the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. Ireland remained a separate Kingdom with its own parliament in Dublin. It took another Acts of Union (1800) to create the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.

    Christ, our head and cornerstone,
    chosen of the Lord and precious,
    binding all the Church in one;
    holy Zion’s help forever
    and our confidence alone.
    2 To this temple, where we call you,
    come, O Lord of hosts, and stay;
    come with all your lovingkindness,
    hear your people as they pray;
    and your fullest benediction
    speak within these walls today.
    3 Grant, we pray, to all your faithful
    all the gifts they ask to gain;
    what they gain from you forever
    with the blessed to retain;
    And hereafter in your glory
    evermore with you to reign.
    4 Praise and honor to the Father,

    My story begins like this, I see the Lord's hand from the time of my conception in my life, My Mom wanted to abort me, I was saved due to the efforts of a Doctor who is a Catholic Nun, All my childhood memories are flooded with how I searched for God, I was very much involved in all religious activities but I still did not have the real peace in his heart. I often wondered, “After all these religious ceremonies which I am performing every day, am I in right relationship with God? Is he drawing closer to me? My earliest encounter with Christ was big image of the Sacred Heart, I always felt called by Him, During classes and even at break I used to look at Him, the day His eyes met mine, He never left me, I still was a stauch Hindu, I wanted to overcome my karma by performing devotional rituals, but fear of death and reincarnation had overcome me, the words of Christ to Martha has set me free " I am the Resurrection", I followed Jesus right from I was 11, I was hated by my family and relatives for my faith in Him, but the Lord was gracious enough to take me into His fold when I was 16, I was baptized along with my Mom and maternal Grandmother into the Church. Jesus my Savior, my King my all in all changed my life, there is no meaning to life without Him.

      We heard this beautiful hymn for the 1st time while watching the Royal wedding. We were living at the St. Paul's Vicarage, Milagiriya, Sri Lanka in the early eighties. Listening again from Syracuse, NY, USA in 2024. We have visited St. Paul's Cathedral in London, during our travels around the world. When I was a 16 year old, I had the distinct privilege of seeing her late Majesty the Queen, and the late Prince Philip, riding in an open car, by the street where we lived in Colombo, Ceylon, as it was known then. They were newly married. The words of the hymn so well describes Her Majesty, as some one who sincerely "made Christ her sure foundation."

      The tune is Westminster Abbey by Henry Purcell. Hello from N.H.

    This is absolutely the most pompous and noxious version of a truly great hymn. The version played when Archbishop Justin and the Bishop of Rome had an evensong, that was solid: th-cam.com/video/cR9NHXnbxlU/w-d-xo.html.

    Only the kids sing, but that is what they have been trained to do! They have no idea what they are singing to and about!

    Looks like Charles was the last to learn the basic Anglican worship hymns. The 'boys' could use a little help.

      Although Charles has a great interest in classical music (and played the cello as a young man), he never seems to have had much interest in singing. He will know this tune well, without a doubt - it's by Purcell after all and is very sequential and easy to learn. This type of singing is not seen as "cool" by most boys in the UK. Finding boys and men to sing in choirs nowadays is very difficult as so few were brought up with it. Then, if you do not have much of a voice, you might not want to inflict it on others. The Queen was never much of a singer either.
