I hear the alert announced as soon as it is activated. Have you discovered a way to announce again on timed intervals as long as the warning is active?

It re-announced every 10 mins on inactivity and at intervals as a tail message during activity.

I believe it is in the Tail messages. About every 15 mins or when connected, I have SkywarnPlus Modify the tail messages to announce what alerts are active. as far as "reading the alert" in the BASH Trigger, it reads the Alert upon posting, past that I use the DTMF (*841-*849) for which Alert I want to hear again. Also allows me to access the alert ondemand.

I have never hooked my node up to my laptop. I purchased it off of hotspot radios. How do I get into my node to do this? I have no idea how to hook wires up to the node to get into it

Have you ever logged into your node from another computer using an SSH session with a program like Puddy or FileZilla etc?

@@HamRadioCrusader no sir. I don't even know what software to download to attempt to even do something as simple as change the time zone on my node that is one hour ahead. I'm in central time and its saying eastern time. So that is how basic I am to programing a node. I have a laptop and that's it. FYI, I bought the full node that was $300.
