Anyone know what the code is for an 8-series TV with a remote that has no number pad? My remote doesn't have most of the buttons listed in those codes - there isn't a single code that I can do.
Tried all your code combinations above that were available on my remote [no P.STD or Sleep options](have to use Spectrum cable remote as there is no keypad on the Smart Remote for my TV). No luck with any of them. I have a QN43Q60TAFXZA 43" 4k Smart TV (2019 model). Any other ideas? Second attempt at this. Still no joy. This is a QLED-style system. Maybe they changed things for this series?
Didn't work for me. Samsung TV was purchased in 2018. Model UN40MU6290. I can only use the first 4 codes based on my remote. I only successfully got the hospitality menu instead of the Option menu. Do I just not have a secret menu?
How do you exit the service mode ? That would be great to include in the actual video. Many tv's have a specific way you're supposed to exit in order to save the settings you've changed. Do you just turn the tv off with the remote to save the settings on a Samsung ?

KS9000. With TV On press Mute then 1 then 1 then 9 and enter (button in middle of arrow keys). This will open Hotel Menu. From here wait a few seconds then press 1 then 2 then 3 then 4. I have a KS9000. Lastly if you have a newer TV… the fancy remote won’t work. You need to buy a regular Samsung remote from Amazon or borrow a friends.

Thanks to this tutorial, I found "blur reduction" & enabled it. Now my tv has 0 motion issues & is incredibly clear. It looks 4k!!!!
Hi was looking for a vid on my Samsung new model remote.. soooo what’s this about Demo Mode? Is this something in need to do while setting up my new tv? Please & Ty
We've got a Q70, which has a remote with few buttons...it looks a lot like a fire stick remote. How do you get into the hidden menu with that? I'm trying desperately to figure out how to change the amount of time the TV remains on the mini guide pages (we have an antenna for reception, and currently it stays on the page about 1 second before it boots you back to where you started, and it's a lousy set up.)
It's always amazing how a manufacturer can take a good design and make it bad. The remote is horrible and yes, that mini guide is the absolute worse piece of software engineering. You purchase a product and you want it to do what YOU want it to do, not what the manufacturer thinks you should do with it. Just so you are aware, the old style remote works fine with it. Let's you switch sources and punch in a channel number quickly, which you can't do with the new remote. Oh, and when you use the old remote you can switch sources with the source button without ever seeing that mini guide. You'll be happier with the old remote.
Also, and maybe it's just my model, but my my TV didn't have very good contrast. Plenty of brightness and colors were not vivid. Yes, you could switch it to dynamic, but then you lose white balance controls and you wind up with TOO much contrast and a horrible blue balance, that doesn't look real, and is not adjustable. My solution was, under white balance, to lower ALL of the gain and sub controls to their minimum position. Only advance those you need to advance to achieve proper white balance. Then turn up the brightness control a bit and you'll have a stunning looking screen with just the right contrast. On this model, the brightness actually does both brightness and contrast at the same time, so you can make the screen as vivid as you like without it effecting your preferred contrast. In fact it looks SO good why would I want a more expensive model? Perhaps that's their game?
I have a SAMSUNG 65" CLASS NU7300 CURVED SMART 4K, I am having trouble finding the code for the hidden menu. I would really appreciate if you could help
Is there some way to allow third party applications in this menu? Try as I may, I can figure out how to do so in the regular setting menu or this one...
Holy crap!! Im not sure what setting I changed that made the difference but I wouldnt have even found the service menu if it wasnt for your video. So a big thanks to you....ive never seen my tv picture quality and colour look this amazing!!! Many thanks😁
Now how does this work with the Samsung remotes that have less buttons than a firestick remote? My remote has like seven buttons on it and not one of them match any of the options for any of the codes.
It didn't work for me, I'm afraid. As soon as I hit the '8' in the sequence, my Tv powers up, no blue box menu. You said you have other codes to try, where do I find those, please?
Samsung Q80R (EU model) Both 1 & 2 work for me. 1 brings up the hospitality menu, then 1+2+3+4 brings up the service menu. 2 gets me right into the service menu, but it's not the same as when using method 1. I have not yet tried to change anything. When using method 2, picture settings get reset.
Thank you! I've been trying to reset my TV for over a month because it started turning on in TV antenna mode instead of the last used input. The 'Broadcast' option & 'Reset' option were both greyed out & unable to be selected so I couldn't reset using the menu. The code used in the video worked & I was finally able to Factory Reset the TV! The 1st code in your list also brought up a different menu, but only had the option about Hospitality mode. TV is model UN55TU700DFXZA, manufactured in 2020.
Can you turn on a locked option in the normal menu? Example: my image advenced settings has a darker color tone and when i try using it it says it is not available. Can you make it available by using this secret menu?
No. 8 worked on the Samsung TV in the hotel Mac Puerto Marina in Benalmadena. I was able to get into the locked out menu settings to change to english. Thanks 😊
Bought a brand new Samsung Q7. Pairing with an Apple TV 4K and Samsung sound bar, nothing else connected. These things should be integrated but sporadically my TV turns back on reverting to TV speaker instead of optical. Now I have spent 3 days googling this situation. Sometimes I wish TVs would stop being so smart and simply stick on the HDMI port with forced external sound bar. I have tried turning off HDMI/ARC and lowering the HDMI delay level from basic to slow 1 which seems to hold but any other ideas, please keep them coming. I think this auto handshake things with HDMI must create problems. Cheers!
I have same issue with my Arc also NU8000 75inch Arc works but min you power off Receiver and TV it loses the Arc as next time you power all on speakers are defaulted to the TV speakers and you have to go into settings and manually change it back. It is PITA in my opinion and I agree I believe it is a HDMI handshake issue as once TV powers off it drops its HDMI signal so when power back on it defaults tv to the TV speakers. In the Secret menu did you see if any option allows to disable TV speakers all together ? I am surprised they do not give us that option honestly. If you google Samsung Arc keeps going back to TV speakers their are thousand of threads all over and Samsung has deleted several as they got too big on their forums as they only would say we are looking into it. Been on going still since 2018....Let me know please
@@dustinr26 got rid of the Samsung sound bar, using Apple HomePods instead. No more HDMI Issue. Terrible of Samsung to not even remember the output to one of their own brand of speakers.
@@ponsholm Thanks for letting me know. Yea it shocks me how simple task cannot be done on their TVs. Such a misstep for them and no fix in sight even on new TVs too.
What does the tuner on a model# UN55MU6290FXZA need to be set to? Because I replaced the motherboard and now, I can't get my antenna or the auto program to work. The auto program is grayed out. In the Service menu it says Not Detected when you go to tuner. There is a list of 17 different tuners.
How do we do this with smart remote? My Samsung tv came with a different remote and it’s a very simple remote with no info button and no numbers. Please help.
My tv will turn on if i will press any numbers on my remote. And the others keys are not available. Can someone help me. I would really be glad. Thanks much
My tv turns back on after I turn off a minute after. Not every time but enough to aggravate me. Every you tuber trick I tried hasn’t work. Ready to scrap it and buy a different brand. I’m done with all Samsung products.
hi friend, thanx for sharing, on UA55KS9000, how do we add a another keyboard language, we only have 4 language options on the standard input menu? Also, the remote has fewer buttons than u show on video, thanx again 😊
To turn off bluetooth for example, along with other options. Most are only meant to be used by testers and developers. For example some have the option to change the resolution. You can play around with it and see what's in there.. some are written as 'commands' instead of plain english, however, you can always google these with varying results. It is well explained too.. i was going nuts over my neightbour connecting to my TV without my consent.. had no uption to turn its bluetooth off and i did find that option hidden in the menu.
I have a Samsung UN32EH4003VXZA and I hate the fact that one of the 4 major network channels doesn't come in. I had the channel added until recently. I live in a very old house and I do not have cable tv. I use a Leaf antenna. Everytime I try to add the network channel (CBS), it never gets added. Other channels don't get added either, depending how I have the antenna positioned. I hate it! Any suggestions on how to get better reception so I can get CBS in? Do you know the service code to this TV?
Have a Samsung 7 49 series ... trying to get it to give me the option of blue tooth any ideas please as I've tried going through the settings & sound mode option & it only offers tv speaker & audio optical ?
A big thanks 2 U, On our kitchen sammy 933HD the tuning icon was greyed out, meaning I couldn't retune to latest freeview listings, however option 8 on your list got me in, then using reset - TV had to tune in in Analog + DTV, briliant result. Before I could flip on sorce list to analog TV & Tuning Icon was Ok but when flipped to DTV it was greyed out. Once again a big thanks, top stuff :-))
I live in the UK Can the HOST advise ? I can show the menu as per the video & can see Flash & EEPROM - I selected -wait - few mins later shows ok But no delete software update ? I've even reset but previously same issue multiple times!! Since updating software update about 5 years ago, my Samsung tv doesn't show all channels even after multiple searches ??? When searches complete it may show channel titles but instead of shoeing tv programme it shows message to say nothing detected or words to those effects.
I have QLED series and for me to enter in the hidden menu I had to perform 2 steps. - The 1st one was to enter this one: Mute + 1 + 1 + 9 + Enter . In this menu, you should enable "Hospitality Mode". After that, you power off the TV. - Then a more complex hidden menu will work. The combination for it is: Display/Info + Menu + Mute + Power . That's.
They are delivered with a second "classic" remote which looks like the remote in the video. By the way the button you use to change the volume is the mute button if you push it straight instead of up and down, that's also true of similar sound-bar remote.
I wonder if there is a way to increase peak brightness on the QLED side Just like there is on the OLED size. For example there is the hack where you can turn a S90C QD-OLED into a S95C. I now own a QN85D and I'm wondering if a similar method could be used in order to turn it into a QN90D as far as peak brightness capabilities go.
What about on a Samsung receiver HT-J5500w trying to get Prime video and TH-cam to play 1080p but it only lets me do up to 720p. I appreciate your help
Samsung UE32M400AU For me, this combination works Display/Info + Menu + Mute + Power But I didn't find such options as in your video. So, to fix my problem with auto-brightness I switched picture mode to 'Film', and there in the additional setting, I found options to fix it. In regular "Dynamic" mode they were unavailable for adjustment.

The code used in the video worked & I was finally able to Factory Reset the TV! The 1st code in your list also brought up a different menu, but only had the option about Hospitality mode.
TV is model UN55TU700DFXZA, manufactured in 2020.
Is there a code for samsung 50 inch 7 series TU7000? Please?
Can you turn on a locked option in the normal menu?
Example: my image advenced settings has a darker color tone and when i try using it it says it is not available. Can you make it available by using this secret menu?
Try to change the picture mode, e.g. to Standart or to Movie/Film. For me it worked
No. 8 worked on the Samsung TV in the hotel Mac Puerto Marina in Benalmadena. I was able to get into the locked out menu settings to change to english. Thanks 😊
hmm any idea how this could be accomplished with the "voice remote" with a samsung un50mu6300
It can’t - you have to use an ordinary remote from a different Samsung TV.
Download on your smartphone the Samsung remote app🤜🤛
@@bertescuaurel7518 i downloaded an app and i made it but the menu dont have any debug options !!!!
Do you know the code for the un55es8000 model?
Q6FN: Mute, 119, Enter, (hospitality) then 1234
You are amazing. Thanks!!
Thank you!!!
Thank you
The best!!!
I’ve got a hg40na570lf with a Samsung remote that for some reason doesn’t have the mute button. Any experience with this model of TV?
How do we do this with smart remote? My Samsung tv came with a different remote and it’s a very simple remote with no info button and no numbers. Please help.
Same issue here, i wanna turn off the fucking dimming on the subtitles and i only have a smart remote 😭
Carson Nguyen Download the Samsung remote app on your phone and do the procedure from there. The remote on the app is the standard one, not the smart
Franco Borsani thanks I’ll give it a shot !
I wonder - is there a hidden menu option that allows you to import self-signed certificates into the local (to TV) CA store?
Thank you for this video, this was the only way I was able to get out of demo mode. Easy instructions, many thanks.
Samsung UN65js9000f did not work any of the codes, pls a suggestion

My tv turns back on after I turn off a minute after. Not every time but enough to aggravate me. Every you tuber trick I tried hasn’t work. Ready to scrap it and buy a different brand. I’m done with all Samsung products.

Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV TU7500 Series 7 UE65TU7500U
Thanks 😃 number 2 worked for me
Same for series 6
hi friend, thanx for sharing, on UA55KS9000, how do we add a another keyboard language, we only have 4 language options on the standard input menu? Also, the remote has fewer buttons than u show on video, thanx again 😊
Info + Settings + Mute + Power worked for me!
What's the point of it though? I didn't see anything in there worth messing around with. Genuine curiosity
Can I add AirPlay to a UN55 6 series Samsung?
And what is this for??? Why do I need to access this menu???
My remote doesn't have a mute or volume button. It also doesn't have a P. STD button or whatever you call it. What do I do????
Same issue - anyone been able to get with the Samsung Frame 43" TV?
Hi, wondering if you know how/where I can enable this feature called Open With Inspector on a Samsung Tizen TV ?
I was looking on how to return my tv until I found your video. You saved me so much trouble. Can’t thank you enough.
No.1 got me into the hospitality menu, which isnt what i need. Tried the other options and nothing has worked. I have an ue55mu8000. Any tips? Thanks
great video, thanks for posting. Can you show us where the camera is located ?
Yes, I too would like to know the location of the camera...
I live in the UK
Can the HOST advise ?
I can show the menu as per the video & can see Flash & EEPROM -
I selected -wait - few mins later shows ok
But no delete software update ?
That's.
The second step is not working for me
This worked for me thank you
U are a legend!!! Ty so much.
@@ytrealityytry Info + Settings + Mute + Power
Unfortunately none of the codes worked for me, I have a Samsung QLED Q7f Smart TV... any other suggestions will be very kindly received 😊🇬🇧
Info, Menu, Mute, Power
If it isn't broke don't try to fix it. This video will probably ruin more tv's than it saves.
Since analog TV signals have ceased, is there anyway to disable the ATV (analog) channels from service menu?
Doesn't work for either high end Samsung tvs I have since the remotes on them don't even have numbers or a mute button
Anyone know how to access service menu on model Qled Q65R?
infio-menu-mute-on!!Probably work!
What about on a Samsung receiver HT-J5500w trying to get Prime video and TH-cam to play 1080p but it only lets me do up to 720p. I appreciate your help
Samsung UE32M400AU
For me, this combination works Display/Info + Menu + Mute + Power
But I didn't find such options as in your video. So, to fix my problem with auto-brightness I switched picture mode to 'Film', and there in the additional setting, I found options to fix it. In regular "Dynamic" mode they were unavailable for adjustment.
Hey! If you still have a problem with changing brightness here is a video that really helped me - th-cam.com/video/ov9niiau5x4/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=NiftySquares
