    1) Keep TV on then press: Mute + 1 + 1 + 9 + Enter (Its the button in the middle of the Left/Right/Down/Up arrows and may be labeled as OK or Select as well.
    2) Power Off TV then press: Info + Settings + Mute + Power
    3) Power Off TV then press: Mute + 1 + 1 + 9 + Power
    4) Power Off TV then press: Mute + 1 + 8 + 2 + Power
    5) Power Off TV then press: Sleep + P.STD + Mute + Power
    6) Power Off TV then press: P.STD + Menu + Sleep + Power
    7) Power Off TV then press: Display/Info + P.STD + Mute + Power
    8) Power Off TV then press: Display/Info + Menu + Mute + Power
Plz comment which code worked for TV. Also any codes I left out plz let others know as well. Thanks and good luck!

Thank you! I've been trying to reset my TV for over a month because it started turning on in TV antenna mode instead of the last used input. The 'Broadcast' option & 'Reset' option were both greyed out & unable to be selected so I couldn't reset using the menu.
The code used in the video worked & I was finally able to Factory Reset the TV! The 1st code in your list also brought up a different menu, but only had the option about Hospitality mode.
TV is model UN55TU700DFXZA, manufactured in 2020.

Not sure what it all does though. Tread lightly! But there it was the RESET function. Thumbs up and Subscribed. Hope that helps your stats. Thank you. #2 worked for mine. Needed to change the PWM settings to stop a phenomenon where dark scenes would get darker and then light scenes get lighter (why that's even a thing I will never know, especially as the fix is through a secret advanced menu in the engineering menu).

@@Kuxarah I have model UE43TU7020KXXU. For this model the combination of Info + Settings + Mute + Power-On worked for me.
Once in the menu, go to SVC > Other Settings, select the CAL Data Restore option. Ignore the USB prompt.
Go back to the main menu and scroll down to new Advanced menu option which should appear at the bottom.
Press 0000 to activate the Advanced menu.
Go to Picture_2D > Subsetting, change all PWM settings to 100.
Turn TV off and back on.

@@madsoundcaddiehat what does turning all the pwm setting to 100 actually do?

    • @madsoundcaddiehat
      @madsoundcaddiehat ปีที่แล้ว +3

@@NuclearAbyss PWM = pulse width modulation. This is the method used to reduce the brightness of the screen. The lower the number, the dimmer the screen. By setting all PWM settings to 100 you are forcing the screen to stay at full brightness, which disables the annoying dimming effect when scenes changes between very dark and very light However, this will disable the brightness control in the settings menu as well. I have not yet found a service manual to explain all of the PWM settings, but reducing "PWN Min" to 85 gives back some manual brightness control without any noticeable "auto dimming" effect.

Great vid content. Can I ask you a question? I had problem with COBY LEDTV2426T. I just enabled or ON the key-lock function the problem is i had no remote control. I just used to control its button at the back. Can yo u help me to power on my TV? Without using remote control? Do you had secret key button that would help me out to turn ON this terrible TV of mine. Thank you

Bought a brand new Samsung Q7. Pairing with an Apple TV 4K and Samsung sound bar, nothing else connected.
These things should be integrated but sporadically my TV turns back on reverting to TV speaker instead of optical. Now I have spent 3 days googling this situation. Sometimes I wish TVs would stop being so smart and simply stick on the HDMI port with forced external sound bar. I have tried turning off HDMI/ARC and lowering the HDMI delay level from basic to slow 1 which seems to hold but any other ideas, please keep them coming. I think this auto handshake things with HDMI must create problems. Cheers!

I have same issue with my Arc also NU8000 75inch Arc works but min you power off Receiver and TV it loses the Arc as next time you power all on speakers are defaulted to the TV speakers and you have to go into settings and manually change it back. It is PITA in my opinion and I agree I believe it is a HDMI handshake issue as once TV powers off it drops its HDMI signal so when power back on it defaults tv to the TV speakers. In the Secret menu did you see if any option allows to disable TV speakers all together ? I am surprised they do not give us that option honestly. If you google Samsung Arc keeps going back to TV speakers their are thousand of threads all over and Samsung has deleted several as they got too big on their forums as they only would say we are looking into it. Been on going still since 2018....Let me know please

@@dustinr26 got rid of the Samsung sound bar, using Apple HomePods instead. No more HDMI Issue. Terrible of Samsung to not even remember the output to one of their own brand of speakers.

@@ponsholm Thanks for letting me know. Yea it shocks me how simple task cannot be done on their TVs. Such a misstep for them and no fix in sight even on new TVs too.

Thank you so much for this tutorial. About 2 years ago I went into the secret menu and was fumbling with the colors and I was wondering if there was a reset option. Never should have messed with it. The reds are really red

I used your code. It work great. I messed up my colors by mistake. I was able to get the color back. I can't get any regular channels from my cheap antenna. Paid $12 dollars. It was working kind of. Dos the internal settings disable the TV scanning mode? I am going nuts.

KS9000. With TV On press Mute then 1 then 1 then 9 and enter (button in middle of arrow keys). This will open Hotel Menu. From here wait a few seconds then press 1 then 2 then 3 then 4. This will open the extended service menu with many more options than the regular service menu. This is where I was able to find Network Support & BT Support to disable wifi and Bluetooth. I have a KS9000. Lastly if you have a newer TV… the fancy remote won’t work. You need to buy a regular Samsung remote from Amazon or borrow a friends.
