Thanks for sharing 🌺 Looks so good! So you make it soft without adding fat? And water room temperature? How can I know my dhough is good? My roti doesn't become fluffy and soft and tastes little raw. But I don't bake it short, so i don't understand
Yes, I make the dough smooth and soft to the touch without adding any type of fat and knead it for at least 8 - 10 minutes, while adding room temperature water. Use the same method as shown in the video. If the dough is smooth and soft then the roti will also be soft when cooked. Additionally, the pan should be properly heated before cooking the roti
@@YT-NS The dough shouldn’t be very sticky. If you kneed for only 5 minutes like in the video, then the dough needs to rest for a while if you aren’t going to let it rest for a while, then you will need to kneed it longer than 5 minutes (8-10 minutes)
Very nice tasty recipe 😋👌👌👍👌
Thanks a lot

@@SpicyEastSugaryWest🙏🏽 thank you for fast reply. Nice! So when you're finished kneading is the dhough little sticky or is not?

What's about flame 🔥 or temperature
It’s more difficult to make without flame because the roti doesn’t inflate easily. Temperature should be medium high and the pan should be preheated
