Philodendron Birkin Reverting - What to do?

Philodendron Birkin's variegation is unstable due to its origin as a spontaneous chimeric mutation of Philodendron Rojo Congo. The plant can revert to being completely green, but it can also produce leaves that look completely different to the rest of the plant.

I see you have the Birkin in LECA, but not sure why you have it in 2 pots. Can you put the Birkin in a vase with LECA? How deep is the plant submerged under water? When you use LECA & a vase filled with water, do you put in any kind of fertilizer or any other things? How much water do you use?
