I placed an order with Ugaoo and waited a long time for delivery. When the delivery was finally scheduled, it was canceled without any reason or contact from Ugaoo or their delivery partner. I tried to expedite the delivery by calling, messaging, raising queries, and even sending WhatsApp messages, but it took two business days just to reach their customer service. Concerned that the plants wouldn’t be in good condition after such delays, I decided to cancel the order. Based on this frustrating experience, I wouldn't recommend relying on Ugaoo.

This is really helpful! I used to love eating the leaves of this plant as a kid and when i was trying to find what it is called, i was confused why it is "mildly toxic". Turns out I found the Crassula one and not Portulacaria one. It was confusing because they look the same but this really helped me, thanks!

I bought the right plant then. I want it growing upward like a bonsai instead of drooping.

Apparently, I can manage to keep calatheas and Alocasias thriving but diffenbachias I fail with. 😅

Ive just gotten my first one, like 8" tall from a plant vendor. Its already uncurled a leaf and looks promising. Im super excited for mine to get huge as well. Its so hot here in Trinidad i have to water daily but its been thriving so im hopeful ❤
