I've used JB to patch an overported 2 stroke engine rode that bad boy for YEARS. When you were filming on the bimmer I thought that root beer float was a Baja beetle... Then you turned around! Those are BOTH georgous!!!
Thanks, I have had the old Ford for years, the Mercury is a newer acquisition both run like tops though, I broke a casting off a bike carb once popping out a Welsh plug, it was a bad day, very carefully reinstalled it using the magic jb weld and it's still holding. Still bugs me though, it broke like cheap plastic.
@@spurgear4 sounds like a bad cast I just had my clutch cable bracket on my Z1000 literally fall off in my hand just putting the wrench on it. (Stupid pot aluminum sometimes huh?) Just came off a 50 mile mountain trail ride on it and the 4 hundred pound test zip ties are still holding... New bracket yet to come. I love old cars I used to work in a Fab shop and worked on a WIDE variety of cars from vipers, and vets, to massive trucks/ RVs, to column drive pickups, and my favorite the GTO LeMans... Best line EVER at the end of the day getting ready to close shop and deciding what to bring in and what to leave in the yard my boss said "first things first, everybody grab a classic!"
Thanks it was pretty low miles when I got it,16000, then I put another 17000 on it this year riding coast to coast and back. No issues other than the bendex gear getting dry and making a bit of noise. It's been a good bike so far.
Did you get this repaired yet? You could drill and tap for a nipple reduction back to your cage nut thread size. Possibly tapped for a male npt if it need to be sealed and reduced to a female standard female tread and restud it
Nice car. Saw a program years ago about the Model B that came just after and the V8 flathead engine .struck a chord as in the `80s I was working at an old boatyard on the south coast of England. There were packing cases all over the place that had held those engines. They had been used in landing craft and work boats for the D-Day invasion, built by that yard. One of them had been made into a childs car. Even the cases were quality.Old Henry might have been a tad "odd" but he knew how to make stuff. th-cam.com/video/Paiqx1FuwVw/w-d-xo.html

Haha Freddie Mercury. I love it! That's my problem none of my vehicles have names...

Sick vid
Catchy name for a video...
It was my one and only, so far, I will try and do better next time. It is kinda catchy though.
