  • Whole Wheat Bread
    125 ml Milk ( Luke warm )
    125 ml Water ( Luke warm)
    1 tbs milk powder
    1 tbs honey
    1 ts salt
    2 tbs yeast
    500 gm wheat flour
    Knead all ingredients and cover it in a bowl greased with oil for 40 minutes or till the dough rises.
    Again knead the rised dough and bind it for the bread. Again rest it for 30 minutes, brush it with milk and bake it for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°F / 180°C.

    But honey is sugar? Like literally, it's like 30% fructose and 40% glucose, which are both sugars?

      Also should've probably given that yeast time to activate
