I'm a huge fan of Kind Bars so these recipes are a great way for me to replicate that taste at home. I also like that fact that Tanner gave his insight on which bars would be great for either breakfast or a late afternoon snack. Thank you so much for sharing! 🥰
Very glad I found your channel. I made cereal bars, and like you mentioned, I made them my own. Oh my, they tasted SO SO good. I will be making them again ❤ I have many of your recipes pinned as they look so yummy.
I love making my own granola and muesli at home and just by adding a binder you can shape bars or even cookies. This is awesome. Also a great way to feed kids or your loved ones with more nutricious and full-of-fiber snacks, not that fake food that they sell at the supermarket. :)
Just tried the Cereal Bars recipe - so simple and delicious! Like you said it's quite flexible so I used steel cut oats, quinoa, and added cacao powder for a lesser sweet taste I like - perfect! The hardest part is to wait for it to cool down enough to cut.
I agree! She’s growing so fast, though, and I suspect she’ll be at 500k before we know it. When I subscribed to her, she was in the 12,000s and I haven’t been subscribed that long!
Thanks so much! My hubby eats a lot of protein/snack bars and some are not as healthy as I'd like. Looking forward to making these. I might even try to add some protein powder.
thank you for this video! I just was eating my granola as cereal and saw on the box that I could make granola bars. not sure why it didn't hit me until today lol
You are a fantastic cook and a brilliant human being full of compassion. I hope you can observe that your husband's behaviors is Un-Supportive of you! That's the most polite way I can put it. Your body posture every time you sit next to him is leaning away from him. You are always willing and longing for a loving comment from him, but he -NOT A FOOD CRITIC- always gives the coldest comments about your food. It doesn't matter if he likes or doesn't like, that's fair. But it's the way he comments about your food that matters. May be it's time you let real food critics criticize your foods. I've been there, trying so hard to receive compassion from my partner and I only said these, because I feel empathy for you as a woman who wants to shine and say I'm good no matter what with a big heart of compassion, but your husband is not on the same page as you.
Hi Ami - the storing instructions for each bar are in the recipe box (on the blog). So, I am just going to copy and paste it here: "Leftover muesli bars keep well in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. For longer term storage, freeze in an airtight container with a piece of parchment paper in between each muesli bar (so they don't stick together as they freeze) for up to 3 months."
Hmm, I have never tried it, so I'm not sure. However, I think that it will work as a binder just fine, I am just not sure about the quantity. For instance, honey or brown rice syrup bind better than maple syrup (so, you need to add more maple syrup than you would honey or brown rice syrup). If you don't add enough date syrup, you will end up with granola instead of granola bars (which is not a terrible thing ;)
they all look great, but none of them are sugar free , bananas and dates are full of sugar, maybe no added sugar. But they definitely all have sugar. You are very talented.
The husband segments in your videos are as priceless as your recipes. I rely on his review! Brilliant recipes.
Thank you so much for the kind words!! ❤️ So happy you're enjoying the videos.

So true! My kids LOVE these (surprisingly, they like the muesli bars the most although they are the least sweet).

Can we use honey instead of maple syrup
If you add some dried fruit to the granola bars, would you need to add more maple syrup?
Сoool!!!!!!! Thanks for inspiration!!!))) from Ukraine !)
Do you place waxed paper on the glass container before pouring mixed granola to the oven?
She said parchment paper
How to store the muesli bars? Inside the fridge or outside? How long it would stay good?

Can I use date syrup instead of maple for the coconut almond granola bars
