    I'm battling with the samething. Be careful it maybe ccca (alopecia). I have a couple thin and bald spots already, so try not to scratch or irritate the area further. I hoping to treat it internally by changing my diet. (Hopefully stop and regrow the bald and thin spots) More often than not it's something our bodies are lacking. The itching is inflammation of the scalp, try drinking a brew of ginger, garlic, tumeric and black pepper. It should help with the inflammation and hopefully stop the itchy scalp. I just started and its helping to alleviate the itching already.

      Go to Dollar tree the black hair massager it looks like a pick with mall balls on it.... Less manipulation use a hair clip when have a sore clap to let hair breath .... Make sure u oil your scalp and end every 1ounch a week

    • @dianabaltazar7818
      @dianabaltazar7818 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Don’t oil your scalp if you don’t need it. A sore scalp can be from build up

      Monique renea my scalp immediately feels better after I let it sit and then shampoo it out , however my scalp can still be a little tender for a day or so, but not as intense as it was before this method.
